Please take me off the phone list

They call multiple times a week.  I called them back and complained that I am on the Federal Do Not Call List.  She wanted my name and address to remove the info.  I said, "I am on the DO NOT CALL list.  A LEGITIMATE Business will have ALL numbers they should not call.  You most certainly are NOT getting my name and address.  Every time you call, I will file a new complaint."

I called them and told them that they are in violation and I am filing federal charges.  I was told they could take my name off their list.  I told them to do so and that I was filing charges today.  They are conducting illegal business.  She seemed a bit shocked.

Left no message.  If it is 4 Seasons, then they are in violation of the Federal Do Not Call List.  I am filing a complaint today.

The caller is Four Seasons Sunrooms. Last month I contacted them to get a quote on enclosing a 15 x 9 portion for my covered patio that already has a concrete foundation. They quoted a price of $28,000! And that was after telling me how bad business was for them right now and how desperate they are for customers. I almost fell off my chair after hearing that price and said how outrageous I thought that quote was. About a week later, they called again and said they decided that they could offer 40% off the original price. But that was still way above my price range.  Today, they called again, but before they could offer another phony price reduction or whatever, I told them that I was absolutely not interested and to not call back.  Any company that can reduce the original price by 40% (even though they are dying for new business)is as crooked as a dog's hind leg as far as I'm concerned.
