This number is still out annoying people...

I don't know who they are, they call every day, how do I stop it?

the number is from express information, or at least that what they told me, i have been getting numbers on my cell phone and they call day and night, i cant turn off my cell because i am always on call for work, but they wont stop because the gov sold our cell phones to many companies

Added myself to the do not call list for this reason, I was getting a 1-866 number and now im getting the 866 and the 800 number calls, I hope the donotcall.gov kicks in soon so i can get rid of them all at the same time.

They just started calling me today and have been calling about once an hour.  What is this and where did they get my name from?!

This is soo annoyuing this number called me 3 times today asking if I liked the magazines I was receiving and she knew my address! How creeeepy! How do we change this?

Yeah, that's a total scam. There are other companies (or is it really the same one using a different number?) like this, they say they'll take 3 dollars for 3 weeks or whatever, but what they really mean is that they'll charge you around 50 dollars for some 20 month thing at a rate of around 3 dollars a week.  I looked around, and found out that what they really do charge you the $50 each month, and when you try to call them and cancel they just talk in circles or say things like "we have a recording of you agreeing to this", and you don't even get a lot of the magazines they promise you.  They're company is on ripoffreports.com
I think that's the name of the site.  But the good news is that if you somehow get sucked into this, you have 10 days to cancel and get your money back, at least that's the case if this is the same company.

There should be a way to get on their "do not call" list, or take your number out of their system.

Calls like 10 times a day!

Company calling many times. Will not tell what they want ... notifued ATT Wireless they out me on hold and also called the 800 370 2349 number and got them say run around .. they refuse to tell what they want and they preassure you to confirm your phone number! They harass you constantly and are proud that you cannot do anything about it ... accordingt o one lady I talk to. I am turning them over to my lawyer.

i got a call from this #, and when i answered it.. nothing.. silence... then the call was ended... i called back.. and it was answered Express Information Services.. then voice said, please hold, and the next available rep. will be with you shortly... then silence... phone goes dead...

I get the calls too

received a call for this #. I asked who was calling several times yet the lady refused to answer me until I gave her my name. I didnt give her my name. Thats when the lady says"Im not talking to you, your a DICK!!". I called back and spoke with a "supervisor" by the name Amanda. I informed her that I planned on filing a complant with the appropiate people.

This company called my cell # and when I returned their call and they demanded my home #.  I wouldn't give it to them and she started yelling at me and hung up.  I called back and talked with someone else.  I asked them to put my number on their "Do not call" list.  I also told her that I did not aprreciate the other lady demanding information from me and yelling at me.  Then the lady got really defensive and started yelling that I didn't scare her.  She said "you don't know where I am, but I know where you live" and the quoted my address.  She said she was coming to get me.  Of course I told her to come on and I'd be waiting.  Crazy!!!!

I have not answered the calls, but they have been calling 3 to 5 times a day.... They leave a vm everytime to call them @ that number..

There is no such cell directory and the fact that you registered to not have your name on the registry is why they called you. your an idiot! here's your stupid sign.

This numbe has call me twice today. I answered it the first time and it was a sweepstake recordering telling me to call another number. I won!!! I won !!!  I didnt call the number. I'm not that dumb.

800-370-2349...it's a sweepstakes number. they call to get more information on those "Win X amount of dollars Now" links that we all do because we're bored.  I called them with my id blocked  *67, and I finally got through to a person.  This was at 9:00est.

ok so i was getting a call from this number like 4 times already.  i tried to look it up and figure out who it was...no where could i find it.  then i checked on here and read this.  i tried calling back and got the busy tone.  I then tried calling with my id blocked and i actually got a person.  it is information service.  they were calling to try and find information for a sweepstakes, probably one of those stupid ones you do just cuz ur bored and need to find some way to waste an hour and they never really end.  then i lost signal. so don't fill out any info on stupid fake sweepstakes drawings.

I got the same call this week. It is always hung up when I answer it. I tred to call back and I was told to hold on and then silent. It is annoying! What are we supposed to do?

I think this is telemarketers because last week I was getting phone calls from a different number saying that I won some money- that number was 727-536-9913. Now I'm getting calls from this number. Did our numbers really get sold to telemarketers? Is this legal or is there a way to stop it?

yeah, i've been getting these calls also. LOL, funny that I googled it and found out others like me are going through the same crap also. FYI the GOVT sold our Cell Phone Numbers to solicitors so this is going to happen more often. I don't answer anyones calls that i have not programmed in my cell anymore! As for number I call back, Dead Air, nobody speaks ...

Very weird I just got the same call. Some lady said- Hi im calling from express information is this " name" and i said yeah ( so they know my name and numer) . she then said hun can you hear me ok. I said what is this in reference to. Then she repeated if i could hear her. I in turned ask what is this about and she said hhhh you know what. and then hung up the phone on me.  I called  it rang once- or twice and the call gets connected and no one talks.  Very Odd!!

About once a day I get a call from this number.  It rings half a time and then stops.  When I call the number back it rings once or twice and then I get dead air.  How do I make it stop?

It is absolutely crazy! they call like crazy all the time day/night I am losing it! We have 2 kids under 2 years old and I can't just turn my phone off!!!I wish I could report them and block their number from calling us!!!I tried calling back once and nothing...they picked up but...nothing...my husband picked up once They asked for me and said something about some lottery or something...can somebody do anything about this? I am sure somebody knows who the hek they are!!!

I got the same crap.The goverment just passed a law where they sold everyone's cell phone numbers to solicitors.Now you can all expect to be annoyed via cell phone by these leech suckers.I even registered to have my cell phone number removed from this directory and still got called.There must be some kind of law that can protect us from these losers.If I ever find out what they are selling I am going to tell everyone I know NOT to do business with these people.I read earlier in the blog that a lady was solicited about magazines ?? And better yet , a guy wins 1k. What juvenile sales tactics.I hope the owners of this phone number GOOGLE THIS !!!
