Slammed our debit card for a $400 transaction without authorization. This number was received from the bank and we have filed a fraud claim against this firm.

Debt Collector
They call them selves Shamrock and they took 90 dollars out of my account today, sending me into overdraft with an additional fee of 33 dollars, I have never heard of them nor did I take out a loan of any sort, I have had previous problems with other companys so I contacted my financial institution and they email me a form called Written Statement of Unauthorized ACH Debit (WSUD) and with the previous companies I've gotten most of my money back in as little as five days, but you must dispute this as soon as possible, my bank can only go 60 days back so I lost out for two months, but check with your financial institution as their rules my be different. I am trying to shut down the account but I am out of state and they said if they do it through fax or email they would have to verify the signatures and with as many problems i've had they would need to know 100 percent that its my signature, so I will call to see if a notary will be good enough, funny thing is I have a 500 limit on my overdraft and I was at 505 and they still accepted the withdrawal so I am very unhappy with my bank, but I am happy that I did have all my paychecks directly mailed to me instead of direct deposited, so i am tempted to just let the bank deal with the debt, my credit is wrecked anyways and I live on federal disability so my wages cannot be garnished, but realistically i would like to stay with the bank cuz ive been with them for over 20 years and always pay my overdraft, but if they let payday loans take out past my overdraft then they are to blame for that. You'll be seeing more of my posts here in the next few days about the scammers, the ones pretending to be officers of the law, going to my work which i don't work so good luck there, but also will post articles from the fbi site about these guys and their numbers, i see other people have the same callers, but i found alot of good resourceful information that will put your mind at ease!

I have been receiving calls from them.  They said they will be sending my account on to their legal dept.  have you ever been before a judge.  I took that as a threat and I continue to get calls saying this is a time sensitive matter and I had better call back.  This is ridiculous how they can keep calling and threatening people.  How do I stop their calls?

They called me out of the blue leaving some fast talking mumbling message asking for Dominique Ingram about a LOAN and keep calling.  Scam trying to get me to call back.  Thankfully there's a law against this type of harassment!  I have them blocked but can receive their voicemails so all harassment is recorded.  I called blocking my own number and did not restate it but left the name of the person they are asking for and telling them to delete the number as it is incorrect even though I believe it's a scam...have to cover your bases.
