my mom got a loan through them several years ago, she only took a $600 loan, they took $300 from her and somehow, do NOT ask me how, because I am CLUELESS, they also took $300 from MY bank account at the time when I had nothing to do with them or their services, they now continue to call and harass me, well my mother past away back in November 2012, I keep telling them she is dead and THEY KEEP CALLING. How the hell do they plan on getting money from a dead person? unless their intentions are to bully me into paying her debt, which WILL NOT HAPPEN!
they keep telling me to submit a death certificate - here's the thing - I live a 30 minutes drive from the nearest town, I DO NOT have a job, so I DO NOT have money so I WILL  NOT pay someone to drive me into town and then pay again to make a copy/fax of the death certificate at the library (which also requires me to buy a library card at $25) I have more important things to worry about with the little income I currently have, feeding myself, my GF and my two dogs is far more at the top of my list than paying out the a** to send proof of my mothers death to these a***oles. it's public record, they can simply go to the funeral home's website, click obituaries and search her name and they will see they are WASTING THEIR TIME CALLING ME!!!!

i keep getting calls from this freaking number for a Robert something. I have called back several times to remove my number from the call list. They say that they do but then call me the next day about three to five calls. The only response when i ask for their name is "MAL" or "AML" then hung up. i hate this guys!

Ameriloan.  Big time Scammers.  Very big liars, nasty people.  Never give them any info.  they are owned by an natiive american company that has an office on a reservation to avoid prosecution.  Report them to: local police, BBB, state attorney's office andf the FBI.  They cannot have you arrested and if they try to take you to court just inform the court they are not legal in your state.  You have to play at their level, which is scum of  the earth   Stay clear of them!!!!

Advise your HR dept about what is going on and if Ameriloan still calls, tell them  you have informed  HR dept and your manager not to talk to them, plus report them to your attorney general dept for your state, they have special depts now to handle companies like Ameriloan.  I also reported them to the BBB. San Francisco FBI, I am determined to rid the world of this company

Ameriloan is a payday internet loan company. Huge interst, over 500%.  They are illegal in many states.  If they try to take you to court in of those states, it will not work as the courts will throw it ot.  States like Oregon, Washington, and several more have creasted special departments to fight these companied.  So Ameriloan BEWARE they are  after you.  If your customer has paid the principal plus $90.00 they no longer owe you any money!!!!!!!  The states are out to close Ameriloan down, yes we know it is Native American owned company    Do not borrow from any company owned by a native america company!!!!

Just a slight addition, Ameriloan's actual 800 number is 800-362-9090.  If the 800-371-9252 number is still bugging you, I'd call the 9090 number and let them know.

Just so you know, failure to pay back a loan is not a criminal offense.  They can take you to civil court, but that's all.  The only way for them to get any money out of your pay check is to garnish your wages.  And they have to go to court to do that too.  And, you can fight that as well.

I receive a call from this number multiple times a day at my place of employment, never my personal number.  I have called them in the past and requested to be removed from their list.  I called today and actually spoke to someone.  I provided him with my last name but he kept asking if I was an employee at the company I work at.  I am technically contracted out to the company he said and am an employee of a different company (I work on-site for this customer).  He then asked me for my SSN and, when I told him I didn't want to provide that information to someone I didn't know, he said he wouldn't be able to help without knowing who I am.  He also told me that a couple names came up under that company and, without knowing who I am, he wouldn't be able to help.  I told him three times that I had told him my last name so he should know if I'm on the list.  He repeatedly told me after I said that that he will just have to see when he calls the number back. I told him that I wanted to be taken off the list because it's really annoying to have numerous calls from that number and then just be hung up on - he just kept telling me they would call back at "another extension" at this company - but they were getting through to me by calling my direct number.  Complete bull - they will not stop!!!

These are crooks who don't think the law applies to them. There is a real possibility that this company is owned by Indians who live on a reservation in Ok.

All they can do is try to scare you they can not take any legal action against you. They will not file or show up to court in your state.

However, you should be prepared for all types of tricks. So inform yor employer (protect your job) and ALL your contacts.

Additionally, do your due diligence with regards to the FDCPA to protect your rights. This company like many PDL"s is not licensed in most states.

Block or change your important numbers ie. phone,CC, bank etc.. Since they called it is safe to assume they have you idenity in there hands.

While they are a toothles tiger they can illegally  use the information they have to causeyou problems.

Please be on the look out for responses from  business you do business with that you did not initiate.

I don't care who they are, they're calling a business asking for an individual who can't be reached in the office and when I put them on hold to answer another call, they hang up before I can get back to them to tell them to stop calling here.

This is not really Ameriloan.  My credit information was stolen from my Student Loan lender and ever since I get calls from this number.    They have my SS#, phone numbers of my family members and friends.  They call and claim they are going to have someone come and arrest me unless I give them my credit card # to pay for a loan I supposedly took out with a company called Ameriloan.  At one time they also gave me the name of a law firm in California.  I called the law firm and Ameriloan and apparently these scammers are using the names of real companies to try and get people to give them their credit card information!

Get several calls from this number.  They will not identify their company.  Only that they are a processing company.  I called back today and finally got someone to tell me that they are "AML", but would not tell me what AML stands for...  sounds like a scam to me.

Keep getting calls from this number.  They want your name and last four digits of your social security number, but refuse to identify themselves.

I got a call today (May 27, 11) from this phone number. They called me at my job and at home. I told them to stop calling my work. Because they were harrasing me; saying if I don't pay them they were going to talk to my Office Mgr. about a loan that I owed them. That they were going to take money out  of my paycheck or I'm going to jail. I told them to stop calling..
