Just wait, they will get you like they did me. They said for a month I was not in their system. They took the money out of my account and left me without prescriptions for over a month and I was taken to emergency. I had been without BP and Heart meds for a month. The hospital filed a complaint and the meds were delivered. Amazing, they had no record of me but when I wound up in emergency they got my meds out in 2 days.

On 3/26/14 I received a automated phone call from Right Source to up date my credit card on file which had expired.  I said,"No way!" and hung up. I hadn't ordered from them for one year. They didn't need an updated card as they had no order. At that time I will update.

I agree about RightSourceRx's incompetence!  They can't even transfer Rxs from their parent, Humana.  It takes multiple calls/faxs from doctors to get Rx recorded and then 7 to 10 "working" days to get the medicine!!!

Humana's "Right Source" pharmacy was calling to remind me that the credit card on record expires at the end of this month.

I usually record calls I consider to be nuisance or scammers, but this was a legitimate call so I didn't record it.

I have RightSource services and have no complaints except that I wish caller ID would say RightSource instead of OUT OF AREA and the number.  I don't always remember this number and I don't pick up any calls from unknown 800 numbers.  As far as their services are concerned, they are as accurate as any other mail-order pharmacy.  I use them because it is the cheapest.

I have Right Source and pay 0 for my scripts but plenty for my prescription Ins. So yes some does pay for them but certianly not YOU!

RightSource is an excellent mail order drug delivery system.  I use them because I get a zero dollar co-pay instead of a $7 co-ay with most other pharmacies.  For what I save, I can put up with ordering my refills either by phone or on-line and waiting for the meds to arrive  in the mail.  I am responsible for ordering when I am getting low.  I know that it may take up to 10 days to get the meds, and that is OK.  I just order them far enough ahead of time to cover those 10 days.  It will never be as nice as going to the local pharmacy down the street, speaking with the pharmacist and being acknowledged by name.  I can put up with the impersonal world of computers and mail order prescriptions because of the money I save.  I am a retired pharmacist and am happy to be retired.  There are just too many chronic complainers out there who think theirs are the only prescriptions being filled.

I joined humana Jan 2013, so far I'm overjoyed with them. I don't pay anything for my meds and I'm sent my refills on time-every time. I love right source couldn't be happier. Everyone have been so great when I call.
I can't praise them enough. So be nice to them and perhaps and maybe you'll get the same in return.

I have been getting these calls for months. They started after I changed
My prescription provider. They would call twice a day. They. Leave no
Me no message and no one is on the line when I've picked up the phone.
So, I called them and was told it would take thirty days for the Do Not Call order
to take effect. I endured another month of call twice a day. Then they ended.
Now they started again. I've called again and was told the same thirty day
business. I informed them that this is the second request to stop and thirty days
or not, if I receive one more call I'm contacting the Attorney General's Office
with a formal complaint. I'm done.

I have Humana and use RightSource RX but am very cautious when I get any calls from 1-800 numbers to my home number.  I usually don't pick them up and then when it has finished ringing I call Human at their website number and talk to the pharmacist or a technician and I have always been really happy with their services.  I have been paying for Humana as a supplement to Medicare for over three years and as a Senior, am very happy with their services.  I never have paid for a drug prescription (and I am diabetic) and some of the medical supplies for my cpap are free as well.

If you need to contact them go to the website and or call that number or register.  They will not put you on hold for over 7 hours as someone suggested on here and I have no idea who they were on hold with but I can almost bet it wasn't RightSource RX.  Check your 1-800 numbers before you call them back or even pick up your phone to be sure it isn't a phishing or fraudulent call to begin with and never give any personal information unless YOU initiate the call yourself.

This company seems to be grossly incompetent. On my first order for insulin they were going to send me thirty (30) bottles of insulin. I used one bottle a month. After talking with them several times, they agreed to only send me three. I was still only using one a month. But, as I was about to run out, I decided it was going  to have to be 3 or nothing, so I said ?okay.? Then they called and said they could fill the order because they couldn?t reach my doctor. I call my doctor?s office and they said they had sent the prescriptions. There were about three rounds of this back and forth between myself, RightSource, and my doctors office. Then the ?grand prize? for ineptitude. I get a letter in the mail today from RightSource whose first paragraph reads: ?Thank you for placing your recent prescription order with RightSource. Based on the prescription ordered and your plan benefits, your order includes a medication with a copayment or cost-share of $406,361.00.? I can only imagine how many bottles of insulin they are planning on sending me now. This company should be prosecuted. I?m just not sure you can go to jail for ?stupid and inept.? And, by the way, if you are getting your medication through these idiots, you better hope their pharmacist to a better job than their sales people do. You might be taking that $405,361.00 medication and not even know it.

I truly agree I also use Humana right source and I feel they are great.  I have NO problems with them.  If I have to call them for a question they are right there.  No longer then a 2 or 3 minute wait.  I think they are the best.  My problems with walmart were 90 percent worse.  Keep going right source.

A lot of the 800/877 numbers are hi-jacked and that is why so many calls without answering.
The company that  owns the number is not actually making the calls but the person/persons
doing the  hi-jacking makes the calls and does't answer. These weirdos are having what they
believe to be fun (probably mostly people with no other life).

I've read many complaints about right source rx and I'm most certain that they're all correct.  My wife has been with them for over a year and they've messed up more than one prescription which caused many delays, road trips for us and general anguish.  This year I signed up for the same program and if all goes well, my prescription should come in about three weeks late!  We will both be quitting right source shortly after we receive our meds.  We spent several hours on the phone with both right source and human but to no avail.  Today, we called medicare and filed a formal complaint against both companies.  Isn't it strange that the Federal Government may actually be the solution to the problem rather than the problem itself??  But, of course, the government is what set up this whole snafu anyway!

Right source's service is excellent.  Only once I did not received the  medication on time, I asked for resend.  They said they will.  But they did not. Fortunately, USPS (worst service) delivered it 2 days later. The fact is USPS delivered the package to wrong address.
I never pickup 800 call, but Right source always leave the message.  I wish they don't use 800 number.

Thank you for being so generous without giving permission for me to receive my generic medications with hardly any cost.  I also paid taxes for those before me could enjoy this benefit.  When you retire, if you have not already retired, some one else will be paying taxes etc, etc etc.

Humana Right Source is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I just joined this year, 2013. They would not let me get things set up until Jan 1st. They said Humana would not give them access to my files until then. On Jan 1st I was on hold until my cell phone went dead. On Jan 2dn I had a fresh charge and was put on hold until it went dead again, 3 and 1/2 hours later. Thursday I used a land line and was disconnected every time I was put on hold. Friday I was on hold again. I watched a movie and was still on hold. I had things to do so I left the phone off the hook and left. when I returned 7 and a 1/2 hours I was still on hold. I finally got threw on Saturday the 6th. I gave all my info including my DR and meds with phone numbers and everything else he asked for. I was told I could get a tracking number on the 9th. I called on the 9th and was told they had no prescriptions on file for me so nothing had been ordered. I had my doctor fax them everything they asked for exactly the way they said they wanted it. I waited a week and called for a tracking number. I was told the same as last time nothing on file and nothing ordered. I finally wound up on a conference call with the RX and my doctors office. I listened in while they got everything straighten out. I was told due to all the failures on their part she would get it filled and shipped immediately. I called for a tracking number and found my order in process for 3 days. on the 4 day it said it was shipped. The 4 day is Saturday, UPS does not pickup on weekends. The following Monday is a holiday so my order will not go out until Jan 22. I will have been without my blood pressure meds for a month if they do get here in the 7 to 10 days they say they will. I do have the option of paying for meds at a pharmacy, with my disability income I have nothing left to pay for meds so that is not an option in my case.
I am filing this complaint on every site I can find, These people have a contract with us and are not living up to what we were promised.
