We receive these calls, do not know how to get them to not call even though we tell them we are on the do not call list.

they constantly call. I tell them were on a do not call list and it seems they don't care

Again, today at 3:30 I received a call but not  sure if it was the same guy. As soon as I heard V O Financial and waited a couple seconds I told him the same as before. He kept on talking  I was hanging up. Again, the phone immediately rang again. I was going to let the answering machine pick it up but he hung up during the greeting. So I am filing a harassment complaint. The lahdy who called in the beginning immediately told me she wasn't calling to buy,sell or rent. Just neded a few questions answered regarding "my file" that was forwarded to them. They said they didn't know who sent the file. I said I'm not anwering any questions and we're not having any problems with deceptive practices.

I got the same person (Joseph Davinci). He left a message on my machine telling me to call him,  that he has a few questions about some purchases. I got the call from the lady afew days prior saying she wasn't selling anything but could help people get out of their timeshare if they were pressured or misled during the purchase. I assume this is tied to that.

I received a call from them on 2/1/13 and told them I wasn't going to discuss anything regarding timeshare problems. She said they werent buying,selling or renting. I said I don't care that I'm not discussing it and we're not having any problems. I told her to take us off the list and she said she doesn't have a list.that the file was forwarded to them. I said not talking about it and don't call me. Today another lady or maybe the same one called telling me the same thing. I told her the same thing I told the other lady and I hung up. She called right back before I could even sit down and said I was misunderstanding that it was about misrepresentation. I said again I'm not discussing it and do not call me back. She started to argue with me so I asked for a supv. Some man named Joseph Davinci (?) came on the line and tried to tell me that there is no list and something about some required thing they have to do. I said I told her and I'm telling you that I am not discussinig it. You're not on the BBB either. I then hung up. He immediately called back and started to talk. I said I told you not to call me and he said they are just doing there job. I said I don't care and you are harassing me. He said they will just have to continue to call until the questions are answered. I hung up. He called again twice and I let the answering machine pick up. He said that I am confused. I don't care. They can't tell me who forwarded this "file" to them.
