i just made the big mistake and put in a small order...Still nothing...the phone #1-443-844-3354   AND 1-800-383-7433....All WAY RINGS BUSY...WHAT A BUNCH OF B.S.   TOOK EVERY ONE FOR A RIDE...I MEAN THAT F WORD

Same thing happened to me and they delivered in 2 days after I paid the 1495 for faster delivery . Then the bottle said it came from and was made in the US i sent it back because it did nothing and I have heard nothing. If I do hear from them and they didnt infact scam me for 70 dollars I will re post a comment to correct this but I Just want to be sure this doesnt happen to someone else.

Hi! About a month ago, I helped my grandpa order it and it still hasn't come either. I called them and some Indian accent lady picked up and told me to give my grandpa's phone number to her. I gave it to her and she disconnected us. I called again and I gave her the phone number and she told me the order information and that it was to come in a couple of days. You might want to try calling the 1800-383-7433 number again and try a couple of times. She answered on the 3rd try. I hope your medication comes soon!

I ordered meds from this company and yes the tracking number was phony but I did get the meds..
I'm shocked that so many have not... now I'm wondering if I should try it again to re order....

I ordered Xencial the company never said they were generic  and they Stated it would come in 2 weeks but in almost a month. 2 pills broke and I've tried calling and the lady i spoke with told me she would mail me information regarding my complaint. I never got the E-mail. Also my daughter and I tried calling they answer the phone but when you have a complaint they will hang up on you at times.

hi, I also was scammed last night. Does anyone know, should I cancel that credit card. Obviously, the company is run by crooks, and now my credit card info is out there, correct? Is there anyway to get the transaction stopped via my credit card company usa, thanks for any help.

ok do this.. i did a google search on the non toll free number and it shows up coming out of Md.. but if you call them and say, where are you located they say canada, humm really, well when i put a search in for you it says Baltamore Md. and then they will hang up, or say oh static i can't hear you and hang up. so yeah there is something fishy here,  i do have an order made, did it like the 16th of dec. and now it is Jan 17th. if it isn't here by the 21st like they said it maybe i am calling my credit card company and see what they can do. i may also call the bbb on them... have them to see these numbers.. if we all work together maybe we can get this one shut down........;)          i am not a happy camper.. so has all of you received your order? or what here??

I've been using these guys for about 3 years now and no problems at all - touch wood!. I've only just googled searched their number and found a lot of negative stuff to my surprise. I've always had the item sent with a by courier with tracking number and selected the insurance option. The support team has always been helpful and resent the right meds when the wrong ones arrived once and they even didn't require me to keep the incorrect ones even.

Yep, just like everyone said, except I contacted them. Their internet site looks 100% legitimate with all the bells and whistles. I even got a reply back when I asked them after three weeks.After the fourth week I sent a rather nasty e-mail next thing I know phones don't work and no one home at the shop, sort of speak. I guess we all get taken to the wood shed once and this was my time. I should have looked ahead.

since then i responded saying that the details are fine and there are adequate funds. i've since received similar requests. i responded saying please cancel my order and i will order again with my correct details. please send me confirmation my order is cancelled, then i will reorder.

since then i've just recieved similar emails (your order failed, as above).

i will cancel my cards tmw, although they do not seem to have taken any funds out, this whole thing stinks of a scam.

if you're even considering using this lot, after reading this side then i salute your optimism...

one thing that worries me is what else can they do with my details, ID etc ??????

Hey idiots that say that they never reply by phone. Has it ever occurred to you that the time zones are different? Meaning when you call them in the afternoon in the states...its actually like 3 a.m. over at India...meaning they are closed. I ordered some Soma from them several times and it worked everytime..and when I call them my phone calls are ALWAYS answered because I call when they are actually open. Lol you f****n idiots..

i realize your post was quite awhile ago, but i got the same info.. i did receive the package in the mail, but it was stuck in customs for about 2weeks.. i repeat... i did receive the package, but have no idea what website.. i found this while looking to find that website again...

i personally think that the website is legit, and they do fill their orders.  The problem, as noted in other posts, is "stuck in customs."  Again, i did eventually get the package, however i believe that it is only because it slipped through customs... My advice to everyone, including myself, is to just get the prescription.. Unless you have heart problems, or taking blood thinners, most doctors have no issue with prescribing ED drugs.. After all, how are they going to test if you can get and sustain an erection.  

The problem therein lies how expensive they are, and that insurance plans don't cover them..

I just contacted the BBB on this company, appearently, they are notorious for screwing innocent buyers out of their money. I have have been told that my package was sent to my home, lie, then told package sent to my post office, lie! When I asked about the express shipping cost that I forked out, the company was reluctant to discuss a refund, saying "It's only $10.00!" WOW!
I think they think they are dealing with stupid people, BIG mistake! Hope they have fun with the lawsuit, because I certainly will!

Interesting point: almost all of the positive experiences reported here (granted, there aren't many) are fakes - their names appear on many of these sites, all reporting the same thing, that they eventually got their meds, eg. Mr. Washington. Why question is, why haven't the Credit Card companies and the authorities caught on and closed these crooks down?

I have exactly the same letters. Ordered medication but cancelled the same day. I received an email that order was cancelled but they don;t refund the amount I paid $83.26. What horrible copany is this. Should there be not investigation against something like that. I guess we are all to stupid to believe these emails we get and order medication not knowing what spam companies they are. How do I get my money back. Anybody can help please

I order my meds online they game me that number to call 18003837433 some indian lady picked up she told me that my meds were coming wednesday and It came that same day but 210 787 1711 that # didnt work. I was scared that it wasnt going to come bc i read all the past history. The pill are lagit too. any questions W/B ill be back on later.

I don't know what any of you are talking about.  This company has excellent customer service.  I tried 2 different times to order from them.  I never received the order because it got stuck at customs and the second time who knows what happened to it.
BUT THEY DID REFUND MY CREDIT CARD AS REQUESTED with no hassle at all.  They would rather refund your card then have a chargeback happen against them.  
The number above works just fine.  Give them a chance...they are trying and they are honest and fair.  It's customs that is the problem in whatever country you are trying to have your order delivered to.

I think I am in the same boat as you were.  I ordered pills July 16 and have not received anything to date.  I have asked for a tracking number for my order and they tell me they don't have one that it was sent airmail and to check my local post office.  Everytime I send them an e-mail, someone always responds, so I keep holding out that I will receive my package. I have e-mailled them and said that I am going to contatct my CC company and cancel the order ans try and get my money back.

I feel your pain because I am in the same situation.
I have ordered some Pvxl tablets from them saying they very cheap! They were not cheap at all. I got sucked in and gave them my credit cards details and paid with insurance. But the catche was with my order I ordered some viagras as well. Guess what? The "viagras" (but they are not even closer to them because the effect is unnoticeble) were in the package but the pvxl were missing.
I emailed them where are the tablets ordered and they said they sent it out by air mail with different package! What a stupid liar. Since them every day I send them emails but they never return them.
I sent them I reported them to police but they can't be bothered because they still continue they fraud and scams since then.

Kuba, I asked that question to my CC company before changing CC.  They said any refunds to the original CC will go on the new one without issue, so I went ahead and did it.
