Chuck Ross and another individual from his company has been calling and asking for one of our employees. The 1st time I informed Chuck our employees are not allowed personal phone calls during working hours but was agreeable to taking a message. The 2nd time when I said employees are not allowed personal phone calls I got hung up on. The 3rd time after repeating my no personal phone calls policy and refusing to take a message I got hung up on. The 4th time I outright told them to stop calling and again they hung up on me.
After reading other people's messages I now know this is debt collecting agency.

This guy left a message that I need to call him back immediately, its urgent. I did call but found this site while he was on the line. I didn't give him my name, I said, oh, I just searched this number and found comments about how you harrass people. he hung up.

He did the EXACT same thing to me. I work in a law office and he threatened me on the phone with 2 co-workers listening to him. The guy is an idiot who doesn't know the law because they are NOT allowed to threaten people or yell at them; it's called harassment.
I've never called him back - he can take me to court if it's that important to him.

I've been receiving calls from this number now for about a week.

After reading this blog, I called Mr. Carlie Ross back. I spent a good five minutes berating him and his company.
He is 66 yrs old, sounds uneducated, is very pushy, and actually believes that he and his co-workers are not deceitful in any way.
He then threatened me with asset seizure if I did not work out a payment plan with him.

Charles Ross is from United services collection agency, they are a very aggressive collection agnecy, they should never call you at work, I do not think that is legal.

called my work, acted like we had business together. Said Urgent for me to respond. Don't recognize the #, and don't know a Chuck Ross. Which is the name they left.

I don't know, but they just left a message for me acting like my sister needed a reference and I needed to call them back asap. Stay away.
