DUNCAN & ALLEN (http://duncanandallen.com/). If you go to their website, they claim to be "...professional recruitment consultancies...," but they are not. Depending on your server location or IP address (i.e., Houston, Los Angeles, Hawaii...), their "Contact Us" information will align with a "local" address.  My friend's son fell for this scam. Believing he was applying for a position with a legitimate company, he gave them his (dare I say it) credit card information, which they insisted was required in order to do a credit check on him. He has reported and cancelled that card!  It never ceases to amaze me of how criminal people can be.
