Chuck, offhand I cannot find the Western Union paperwork.  But, if I see you leave another comment on this specific site and know that you are truly looking for info that may possibly lead to revealing who is behind this, I return to the Western Union I sent the money from, and ask them to retrieve and print the info.  Also, worth noting, I have seen several posts (on 800notes, but different telephone number sites) an employee of ABC gathering information in regards to scam victims of payday loans.  For the heck of it, I sent that person an email about my own experiencing being scammed, although it wasn't a payday loan scam.  But, I am hoping my story will be enough to grab ABC's attention and they choose to investigate further.  Again, please post another comment so that I know that you check this page on occasions and still want the Western Union info.  I will be beyond delighted if you think you can confirm the identities of these scammers.  I have the capabilities and connections to give the information to FBI agents that will act on it immediately if there is valid proof.  Boy, do I look forward to seeing another posts from you....I really, really want to see these jerks caught!!  Thank you!

I just happened to randomly check this site for any updates.  I believe I have saved the paperwork at home.  If anything, I can go to the Western Union office I sent the money from and ask them to look up which Western Union office in Canada is was sent to.  Now, that i see your post, I will check this page everyday.  You can see my name, Amanda, all over this specific site.  I wil very, very gladly help you in anyway possible.  If you are able to confirm the identity, I have developed a relationship with staff of the Charlotte, NC FBI office, I can present the info to, and I want to prosecute them and sue them.  I will keep checking this site...please post again, so that we may remain in contact!!

I have saved "Maskell Solutions'" telephone number in my phone, even though ut has been disconnected for several months now.  For the heck of it, I caled it....low and behold, it is working again.  The voicemail message didn't say "Maskell Solutions" but something I couldn't understand.  But, I found very interesting, the on hold music and voicemail mailbos sounds just like it did when this number was for Maskell Solutions.  My opinion, the scammers have laid low for a few months, and are back at it, just under a new name.  Anyone checking this number for any info, please, please be aware that the people behind theis number are scammers.  They have stolen a tremendous amount of money from alot of innocent people.  Steer clear from these thieves!!!!

I hear you!! Thanks again for your help during this really difficult time for me.  This has absolutely been a learning experience for me. I can take away some positive out of this...I can be empathetic and help others who have been scammed in how to report fraudulent activity.  I hope you have a very Merry Christmas friend!!

nerverraservicesinc.com is indeed suspended, what was I thinking?
While it's unlikely you'll come to physical harm, there are various horrible stunts that can be pulled to make your life absolutely miserable and which may consume big chunks of your time. The sorts of stunts will depend on the particular bits of data they have on you and they can always try to collect more. I'm not going to describe any stunts here lest it gives anyone ideas but use your imagination.

I hear what you are saying!!  I have become a bit wary that I may be pushing my luck!!  I have utilized the Whois site, but,  I am confused at times, as to what name (fatcow??)  defines the the correct party I should be contacting. I shut down the Nerverra Services site about a week ago. I feel strongly the Ceridian is a part of the same group, and am still stubbornly, trying to wage the war against them.  Last question....what trouble can I encounter if they try to "find me?"  Again, I understanding your advice of cautions, and moving forward, I will be hesitant/cautious in choosing my battles. Thanks so much!!

Re. "they also were acting as "Nerverra Services" and I was able to get that website shut down also," as far as I can tell, nerverraservicesinc.com is still up and running on 69.175.8.218, is hosted by your old friend SingleHop, Inc. http://whois.arin.net/rest/net/NET-69-175-0-0-1/pft , abuse complaints to netops@singlehop.com 866-817-2811 http://whois.arin.net/rest/poc/NETWO1546-ARIN.html

ceridianlendinggroup.com has IP address 65.254.248.150, is hosted by your other old friend Endurance International Group, Inc. http://whois.arin.net/rest/net/NET-65-254-224-0-1/pft , abuse complaints to bnbrock@maileig.com 781-852-3254 http://whois.arin.net/rest/poc/BBR189-ARIN.html  fatcow is their "employee" and should not be contacted.

Easy recipe to find webhosts:
1. Go to http://www.who.is/ and type in the website name.
2. It will return its IP address and "employees" Registrant, Admin & Tech (do *NOT* contact the "employees").
3. Click on the IP address (it's a blue url link) and it will return the webhost for the website with abuse contact info (sometimes dodgy webhosts don't provide abuse contact info).

See if you can find the webhosts for nerverraservicesinc.com and ceridianlendinggroup.com yourself using the recipe. Practise, practise, practise!

Be careful. Mind what I'd said on visiting strange websites and if they want to find you bad enough, you can probably be found for we are not truly anonymous on the net. I don't even know why I'm helping you to hang yourself!!! :)

I am hoping you "swing by" this site on occasions....I have been relatively successful in staying on "Maskell Solutions/Hollingsworth Solutions."  Their fraudulent sites are becoing easier to spot.  I was able to determine they also were acting as "Nerverra Services" and I was able to get that website shut down also.  I am after another site "Ceridian Lending" that I believe is the same group of people.  FatCow is the Host.  I emailed their abuse division to report this site, but have had no response whatsoever. Even though i am getting better at understanding how websites/hosts work, I am not fully confident I know exactly what I am doing.  If you read this, will you please check and see if I got it right that Fatcow is who I should be contacting.  And, if you are wondering why I feel certain I am chasing the same people....All of these websites have the exact same testimonials, the formats are quite similar, and when I sneakily am able to get their phone numbers and call, the automated operator that answers calls is the same "format" I'll call it (he automated system asks to enter extension of person I am trying to contact, same "on hold" music, and when the live operator answers "home office.")  Also, when I called Nerverra Services and spoke to David John, told him who I am and said I was still waiting on my refund from Maskell Solutions, he never denied that I didn't have an account. As in, I was a customer of Maskell Solutions, I called Nerverra Services, a supposedly different loan company, and the rep David John, after giving him my name, looked up my file.  If they weren't the same company/people, they would have told me I didn't have an account with them. When I asked for their address because my lawyer is going to be sending them papers, he was very evasive about an address, said he would get his manager on the line. His version of placing me on hold, was to hang up on me.  Now they have blocked my calls.  That was all I needed to be thoroughly convinced they are the same people.  And now, I feel certain "Cerdian Lending" is the same bunch of thieves.  I want to shut down this site too!  But, again, FatCow has not responded at all to my report, and the Ceridian website is still up, and the complaints are on many sites, of more people losing their money.  Will you please take a look and let me know if I am right that FatCow is who I should be contacting.  Thanks again for your help these past few weeks!!  Just as you have helped me, I have been able to help others. Thank you again very sincerely and have a very Merry Christmas!!

Just surfing the name Maskell can lead to interesting things....I have reason to believe a new site Nerverra Services is another scam site of the same people of Maskell/Hollingsworth/J.S.&Klein lenders. The one good thing, money/collateral was sent within the US (Miami, FL).  This means the FBI can get involved. I know what you are thinking..I think.  The FBI will get to whenever they can.  True but...my ex-husband was a police officer and I befriended many in law enforcement.  I am calling in some favors.  As long as I can possible find leads on these turds I will try and pursue them.  Any input you ave, you know I will be very appreciative. I try and use WhoIs as much as possible, and in turn, have sent an email to GoDaddy (the host of Maskell Solutions Inc Payday loans on the page of theverybestloan site) I think I am saying that correctly, to shut down that site. It was created in the latter part of November.  I am convinced it is the same group of scammers. Again, any input is appreciated.  Happy Holidays friend!!

BEWARE!!  Maskell Solutions, I noticed is offering "payday loans" now!!  Even though their website is suspended, if you search Maskell Slolutions payday loans, you will be directed to a page "TheBestLoanLender."  You can fill out the loan app for Maskell right there and not have to be directed to there suspended website.  So....they are still stealing money!!  I just want to try and keep everyone informed!!

Ok, I need your guidance once again, please. I did some simple web surfing and came across Maskell Solutions payday loans.  Same company!!  The old telephone number, 800-399-9120, is posted and they have their now dead, website address.  But, the new twist here, is there is a loan app on that webpage, which by the way, is displayed on "thebestloan" webpage.  So, people only have to enter their info right there on the loan page, not even having to go to the maskellsolutionsinc website. If they were directed to that site, they would go to the "account suspended" page.  So Maskell is functioning as a payday loan site as well as a commercial/personal lender. They are stealing money left and right!!

I am sorry that you got scammed too.  It just eats at me eveyday that Maskell/Hollingsworth/JSKlein Lenders are lowly thieves and, at this time, are getting away with it.  I am very happy to say that ALL 3 of their websites are now shut down/suspended. There is a very special place in hell for these people!

For as long as I can keep up the desire to help others, I will continue to post on this site.  I am sure, at some point, I will tire of it and stop.  I know Maskell/Hollingsworth still use their email(s). I have created a false email account and have stayed in contact with them, stating I anticipate applying for a loan from them.  Of course, they responded immediately. Hopefully, I can continue this game with them. As long as I can keep finding them, I will stay after them.  Like I said, I know it won't go on forever.  And you know what just really amazed me as to how uncaring they are, I made a statement in an email that my phone had been disconnected and I didn't have a number to give them. They still wanted to "approve me" and get me to send that collateral as soon as possible.  I could have been a real person in dire financial straits, yet they are eager to take/steal my money.  That is what keeps me motivated at this point.  And you are exactly right...the pay sucks!!

All the scammers have to do to get you off their trail is to buy a whole new website with a new scam company name. They may even have one already in hand as a contingency plan and are now busy arranging web hosting for it, or it's already been hosted but not advertised yet to "age" it for a more convincing victim experience. How are you going to connect this new website with your 3 scamming websites? IMO you won't be able to. However, if you want to cripple scammers in general and can spare some time, visit 800notes when you can, investigate victims' posts (you can recognize all the traits of a scamming lending website by now, can't you?) and post warnings like I did on this one with my reply to Carmen at the top of page 1. There are a few of us (but strangers to each other) who do our bit to help people out -- "not Michael," "GiG," "Shill alert," and others. It's generally too late by the time victims find 800notes. Can't help them get their money back but our warnings help those checking out scam offers and I warn you -- the pay sucks.

I have been waiting for you to "come back!"  :D  I have already been bombarded with emails offering loans (I have "spammed" them all) and worse, have received NUMEROUS calls from some thick accented Indian man (am guessing) stating he is from Federal Crines Investigation and he is having me arrested.  When I spoke to an FBI agent at the Charlotte, NC office about all of this he said no worries.  This is all a vicious cycle of scams.  I know whoever is behind Hollingsworth/Maskell/J.S.& Klein will resurface under other names, but as long as I can possibly keep tabs on them, I want to stand against them.

And, no worries about my EVER sending money via Western Union again. Sadly, I trust very few people these days.  I made a dumb choice but gained alot of knowledge. Thanks friend.  If I get any kind of response in regards to Maskell, I will certainly post it here for you to see. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!!

SingleHop seems like a legit web hosting company, I'm comfortable either emailing or calling them. If you're concerned, the safest way is to call them from a pay phone (toll-free numbers capture your phone number, there is no way to block it). However, they may ask you to write up your experience with maskell and email it to them with your phone number anyway and there's a good reason for this. A web host can be sued for taking down a website for no good reason so SingleHop needs legal cover (your "sworn testimony" so to speak) for the takedown and why I said to include all the details in your email to EIG (EIG may have retrieved your email to BB). In this respect, greengeeks' request for same shouldn't be regarded with suspicion though there's nothing much that greengeeks can do except terminate support for website content (if indeed greengeeks provides Tech/Admin support for maskellsolutionsinc as listed in the whois).

If you are concerned that greengeeks has your IP, it would only be a problem if you have a fixed IP so if greengeeks/others wanted to target you, you'd be a sitting duck. However, you may have a roving IP instead. If you've a roving IP, it would be difficult to target you because your IP address would change every time you connect to the net. Do you know whether you have a fixed or roving IP? Your IP should be listed somewhere in your internet connection software or you can simply go to http://www.who.is/ and just below the search button is shown your IP address. Write it down. Disconnect from the net, wait a few minutes, connect to the net, go back to who.is and read the displayed IP address again. If it's the same as the one you wrote down previously, you have a fixed IP address (to be sure, you can repeat the test but wait a much longer time like an hour). If you have a fixed IP and you want to protect yourself, your Internet Service Provider can change it for you (possible fee). If the displayed IP is different from the one you wrote down, you have a roving IP and are safe.

I can't reach jskleinlending.com either. However, if you go to http://www.who.is/whois/jskleinlending.com/ you'll see jskleinlending has been relegated to (likely dummy) nameservers NSx.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM  "Last Update Date: 2011-11-25" suggests nameserver records were changed then so the actual takedown probably occurred before that. There is no standard procedure for handling suspensions, it's up to the individual web host. EIG handled it in a surfer-friendly way so anyone trying to reach hollingsworthsolutionsinc would know it's been suspended. GoDaddy didn't with jskleinlending. The important thing is nobody can reach them now.

BTW, since maskell has your contact info, brace yourself for a possible assault by scammers offering you all sorts of wonderful crap because maskell may sell your info to other scammers as someone who's been successfully scammed. Watch out for offers to get your money back from maskell for an up-front fee via wire transfer. Or you may get big checks in the mail, you cash them, keep some of it and wire the rest back. Be careful.

I have to agree with Anonymous on this.  I have researched the heck out of online loan offers.  Bottom line, NO ONE should accept an online loan offer.  One of the first red flags of a questionable company is they have an email address ending in "yahoo.com or @ gmail" for example. Just as Anonymous said, they are disposable email addresses. No LEGITIMATE company will have a disposable email address.

I thank you very sincerely for your advice, and breaking it down into "layman's terms" for me.  I am not computer savvy at all.  Yes, I did email green geeks, because after I called their toll free number, the gentleman I spoke with, told me to email my complaint.  I will follow through with your advice.  I have seen the many people that were victimized as well that I once chatted with, within the past two weeks, apparently chosen to give up on the fight.  I just don't want to give up!! That is what the scammers are hoping for.  I also read the new stories of people that have sent ALOT of money to these jerks, and how it has ruined their lives.  I am TIRED of seeing that happen!! My poor choice has probably cost me the love of my life. He is so angry that I didn't tell him the truth as to who I was getting the loan with.  But, I trusted "Maskell Solutions."  I am out money and out my soulmate.  Their greed and manipulative ways wrecks lives to a greater extent than they realize.  I think the best advice for a loan is to only get it from a bank or an established loan service in the town that you live.

Do you think it is advisable to email singlehop, or to call only?  I called Endurance International, and they were great!!  Now, knowing that greengeeks has my ip address makes me weary.  I have stirred the pot ALOT against the scammers, and I want to make wise decisions.  Lastly, In a previous post from someone on this site, Maskell/Hollingsworth is also posing as J.S. & Klein Lenders.  I was able to pull up their website at one time, but haven't been able to the past 2 days. With Hollingsworth it was obvious that there site was gone with the message, account suspended.  When I try and pull up JSKlein Lenders, the website doesn't appear, but there isn't a message.  What is your opinion on that?

I sure would like to shake your hand for your help.  I reallly do appreciate you!!

Well, I certainly wouldn't want to be "swingle[d] off [my] hard earned money." Unfortunately, I need a 50 million euro loan and no lender on uptodateloans can lend that much. Too bad, sure wish I could get this loan from uptodateloans, their loan fee must be quite low as uptodateloans is keeping their costs down by using a free THROWAWAY gmail email address. <sighs> It's back to BofA for me and they're charging me 1% or 500,000 euros for this loan, wish it could be less.
