Robo Tele phish. Got multiple calls per day, does not answer on first "Hello", second answer hear boiler room operation as background. Violates DNC law.

Number history indicates calls 15 times, lunchtime, dinnertime, prime time. A callback to that number receives Info that it is not a direct line, and refers you to Do Not Call for telemarketing. With a National and CA do not call registry, how do these pestuous scum just blow that off. Criminal TeleScammers. Programmed for no ring, let them waste their time and resources.
