Same yellow card as everyone else. Name, address, state, etc. No address, name, identification, or anything else. Just a phone number and my personal info. Someone needs to stop these shills.

NSS_F_JAN2014 was the form they used for this card. Also lists 8182 on bottom right of address-side of card. Very sketchy and scary.

Debt Collector
Same Yellow card 18004038820. So i called them. Richard picked up. Probably fake name too. First thing he said is Said "how may I help you?". Lol! i told him i received a card blah blah. I asked him where they are located. He said florida.  anyway I wanted to see how far this will go. He asked me about my monthly expense. And monthly income. Then he said your debt is approx "...." I said yeah, more or less. Then he said once they gonna work with the credit companies i wont be able to use those particular credit cards. So i can pick which ones i want to kill the debt on. Then i asked the name of their company he said www.nssfl.com then he asked me for my address, employment, email. I was thinking damn where this is going but i decided to listen and see what they say. Then i asked him how do i know this is legit and i didn't say anything about the fact i knew this was b***s***. He said to call 8886578272 this is crazy, they are using www.nssfl.com as a cover up? He wanted me to call to American Fair Credit Council and ask them about NSSFL. Then he started asking my personal information like DOB and mothers maiden name to access my credit. I said im sorry i cant give that info. And i asked for his direct number if i want to call him back. So here guys if someone wants to call  18006278198 ext 451. Thats how far i got in this. Someone should report this or do something!

I got the same yellow postcard, but what "personal information are you folks talking about appearing on the postcard ?
All I see on my card in my name, address, and some " Benefit ID # " this company made up, for their own tracking.

There is no sensitive information on the back of this postcard. No parts of my Social Security number, and no information about any of my specific credit accounts... etc nothing like that at all.  It just says i am eligible for some kind of Credit Card Hardship Program.  It also indicate if someone is 10K - 20K in debt, they are eligible, and the monthly payment would be $168.

This is obviously some 3rd rate collection agent trying to contact people about another debt, through covert means, or some two-bit scam debt consolidation company trying to drum-up new business.

Just rip the it and toss it in the trash.  No legit company would operate in such a shady fashion.  If it looks like sh*t, and smell like "sh*t", then make the assumption that it is "sh*t".

'Received the same yellow post card in the mail. As others have mentioned there is no company name. It's stating I've been selected for a credit card hardship program. Who are these people? I hate the fact they were able to gather my personnel information and I know nothing about them except for a phone number.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that maybe if one of us called them, we could possibly find out who these people are and how they can just post our personal information on a post card like this.

Exactly. Not only that, but most credit card companies have their own Hardship programs, so a third party would not be necessary.

Yep, I got one here in Florida too. I think it's a scam to try to get you to pay them to attempt to settle with your Credit Card Companies. I haven't called and don't plan too, but I get lots of this stuff all the time and I have never been late or anything either. They are just grasping at straws sending them everywhere, hoping to get lucky with some poor sucker!

They sent me 2 with 2 different numbers (1800-344-7768 / 1800-403-8820) 2 different deadlines (8/28/13  / 9/11/13) and 2 different benefit id's.  I noticed in the upper left under the black bar, one says "TestBS_I_Apr 2013", and the other says "TestBS_F_Apr 2013"..could the BS mean bull-s***?

I just received a yellow postcard saying because of my credit card debt I am eligible for the credit card hardship program. I wish there was a return address but there is not. I never ask for this. I am going to keep looking for a place to lodge a formal complaint. This is obviously a scam and the people involved with this should be held accountable and prosecuted.

I received the yellow postcard too.  Where do they get this information and how do they get away with posting it on an openfaced postcard for the whole world to see?  Plus the fact that my credit card is up to date....... What is going on?

I, too, got this same insulting postcard. However, may I advise all of you to lodge formal complaints with the Raleigh, NC Better Business Bureau. It's a rather lengthy process, but if enough complaints are received, this despicable practice will be stopped.
Also lodge a complaint with the Federal Do Not Call registry. We as consumers should not have to contend with such unprofessional business practices.

I got the same post card as some of you. As stated above, a bunch of personal information on it. I'm APPALLED that they even reference my debt amount. That is embarrassing personal information. When googled, I get the same real estate agent. HORRIBLE. Also, planning on reporting this.
