Can't believe these vultures can get by with this. It's Ameriloan, foreign speaking idiots who can't speak English, sounds like mouth full of s***. Do not deal with them at all, hang up. So many states these loans are illegal in, so they can't make you pay so don't let them intimidate you, b*****ds overcharge $1200 for a $200 loan, just not right.

This is AmeriLoan. They work out of an Indian Reservation in Oklahoma and thus think they are immune to U.S. laws. They don't care whether you actually have a loan or not. They work like the Nigerian scams and try to intimidate you into paying more than your debt plus interest or collect even if you don't have a loan. They also ignore do not call lists.

These people call my phone every day 2 and three times. Very aggivating

AmeriLoan is located at the same address as USFastCash, & United Cash Loans. A subsequent BBB investigation determined that this address is the address for offices of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe. During its investigation of these companies, BBB employees visited the location as well as sent a certified letter to the Chief of the Tribe asking for further information regarding these companies. Employees of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe neither confirmed nor denied knowledge of the loan companies, and informed BBB staff that they would have to speak to the Miami Nation Indian Tribe's Leadership concerning the matter. BBB has not received a response from the Chief concerning this matter. At the present time, BBB does not know if these companies are operated by the Tribe, by employees or other people using the Tribe's addresses, or is a joint venture between the Tribe and a for-profit company.

The complaints against this company and others located at the same address generally allege the inability to pay off the requested loan, charges to the consumer's checking or credit card account despite never receiving the requested loan, or continued unauthorized charges to the consumer's credit card or checking account once the loan has been paid off.

BBB has determined that this company is not licensed in the state of Oklahoma to provide loans to consumers and does not appeare to be licensed in any of the states from which consumers have filed complaints with BBB. However, if the Miami Indian Tribe actually operates this business, it may not be subject to state laws regulating this industry.

BBB Investigation shows that this payday loan company is owned by the aforementioned Tribe. However, the loans are processed by AMG Services in Overland Park, Kansas. By entering into an agreement with the Tribe, AMG Services is able to process the loans outside the bounds of the state laws of Oklahoma. This means that if you obtain a loan from the company, it is not subject to interest rate/fee restrictions as required by the state laws of Oklahoma.

BBB encourages all consumers seeking loans of any kind to research all of their options before providing any private financial information or signing any loan papers. Consumers should check with BBB on the company's grade, their complaint volume, and whether or not the company is licensed or regulated to provide the type of loan services the customer is seeking.

These morons call nonstop from multiple numbers all looking for a carol. That is not me and i.have no busimess with these jerks. I asked multiple times for them to stop calling..yet they keep it up. This is basically harassment, they are totally unprofessional.

Ameriloan is a scam company! What they do is buy or get some personal information about people online then they start harassing them about a presumed debt. When or before the FTC or the consumer financial protection bureau catch up with them they change their name and start working their list all over again. If you do just a little bit of internet research you will find all this out! Next month they will have a different name. The only thing they want is for you to give them just a little info. like the last 4 of your social security number then they got you in their net and some big debt they say you owe. Finally with this info. they peg your credit report and then getting them off is a nightmare.

These people call all day long from different numbers. All asking for Angelisha Thomas. I block the numbers as they come in but new numbers are used on a daily basis. These people are morons, You can tell them till you are blue in the face that there is no one here named Angelisha Thomas but they still call asking for her. I now have a total of seven phone numbers blocked that they call from. 800-404-9026, 800-318-8323, 800-326-5383, 408-618-5229, 800-420-3754, 877-836-2386, & 800-353-1842.

This person keeps calling my number looking for someone named Audrey. I've told them 100 times that this is NOT Audrey's phone number.  When they hear it's not "Audrey's" number, they ask for your name so that they can no attach a name to the number.  Clearly scam artists who are phishing for information.

Yeah I got a little mere $200 loan from them and they kept renewing it although I just wanted to pay the damn thing off, they not getting another dime off of me and besides these loans are illegal in NC Thank God and they will not suck anybody else's bank acct dry. I closed my acct. out so they won't be draining me anymore, got a new one and they just dying to get the new acct no. which they won't. Watch thse scoundrels they will threaten you with calling the sheriff, having you arrested and all that old crap its a bunch of bull, I called the sheriffs dept they said ignore them they did not do that ever. They do that to humilate you and frighten you so don't fall for it. They are crazy and criminals.

They got my email address and twice sent me emails that my payment was returned for insufficient funds.  I called my bank and they never got any notification from these morons.  I sent all of the info and a signed statement from the bank president to the AG's office on my state.  Now these pricks are calling me again.

I would guess, from the number of times they call, they have a boileroom in some foreign country, paying 10 cents an hours to their callers.  From the first day I got my new telephone number, these people started calling me, asking for someone named Richard Morehouse, who I am guessing is the guy who used to have this number.  I'm probably going to get a new one, too, because nothing you say to these people makes them stop calling.  They keep asking where this guy is and I keep saying, what part of I never heard of him do you not get?

Sooner or later, they are going to bother the wrong person, and somebody is going to hunt them down.

aml ? Just called the 800 number after a client complained.  Linda answered ? (sounds like many people in a call center) Told her I was calling from attorney?s office and wanted an address to contact them.  She put me on hold and then came back on and said they don?t talk to attorneys offices and wanted my information so her supervisor could call me back.  I hung up.  DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ESPECIALLY YOUR BANK OR CREDIT ACCOUNT NUMBERS!  (If you try aml.com it sends you to Quest Diagnostics website...)

I have been receiving phone calls from this company for over a year now.  I have never borrowed money from them.  I tried telling them that.  They claimed to have the last four of my social security number. When I asked what it was they told me.  TO BAD the last four was incorrect.  They have called my best friend 4 times in one day and told her that if they do not hear from me TODAY that they would be serving me with court papers.  I have been hearing this for over a year now.  I just wish that they would stop.  I did contact the Attorney Generals office as well as a few other government agencies.  

Get one call a day from these people at roughly the same time - When I finally called back they wanted to know the last four of my SS number before they would even tell me the name of the company that they represented...

they keep calling me too, about twice every other day. obnoxious and usually when i am trying to do something such as eat dinner or nap. it has been  three years since i got a payday loan and i am not taking any more out. in the state that i live in it is illegal to have a payday loan unless they are registered and licensed with the states banking commission. I found that out after taking the loan so good luck collecting it. i talked with someone the other day and told them to take my name off their calling list so much for that. so sue me for 200.00 good luck getting that i am now disabled i think that this is ameriloan (aml)

They are constant calling me during work hours and told them to stop and that I am on the DO NOT CALL registry and yet they still keep calling me. It is very annoying especially when they start calling before 8am.

Got a call today from a woman named Chelsia from AML. She said my husband had submitted an application and that this was the contact number for him. I told her I was his wife and was there something I could help her with. She said no but if I could give her another number so she could reach him she wouldn't have to bother me any more. I took down her name and called the company right back. Another woman answered the phone and when I asked her what kind of company they were she would not tell me at firt, all she would say was AML. I gave her my phone number, telling her that this number just called my house. She said they were looking for my husband because of his application. I asked again if I could help in any way. She said the state of NJ prohibits her from telling me anything and I must have my husband call back today. I told her that the company sounded shady and they would not hear from him and to not call any more. She was offended and said they would continue to call until they reached him! I am going to report this company!

They keep calling my job as well.  I am reporting them to the attorney general as well as they have been informed not to call.

Repeatedly calling our clinic.  Called them back and told them to quit calling; the a person they were asking for does not work here.  They were calling multiple times each day and harassing my employee.

Got a call and vm to call this number.  Knew I did not have any loans with AmeriLoan.  Called number back.  The woman asked me what cell/work number did we call.  I gave her my number told her I had no idea what this was about.  She said that someone put this number down as a contact number.  I asked who and she told me the name.  It was a co-worker of mine.  Unreal!!  I asked her to remove the number.  She said she would put in a request but that they would have to verify/check it out.  I told her to make sure the number was removed and don't call again.  She asked me how long I have had the number.  I told her over 10 years, she said well she was using that number long before 10 years.
