Lady named Claire left a message saying that we won a 2008 Ford Explorer in a drawing, and we are a Grand Prize Finalist to win one of 3 Grand prizes. She said to call 800-407-7705 for more information.

I received an automated call from this number around lunch time today.  The woman said her name was Claire and that I was one of the finalists entered to win a Ford Explorer.  I was to return her call promptly because "time was of the essence".  The message said I may not hold THE winning ticket but that I was guaranteed one of the top 3 finalist prizes.  I called back and left a message in Claire's voicemail box stating would she "please call me back on my cell phone.  I want to know what this is about".  I have yet to receive a call back.  My husband called the number back again this evening.  Still no answer.  Very shady.  I have seriously thought about calling the local news, if indeed this is a scam, to possibly do a segment.  But this very well could be a sales pitch like I have read about previously.

"Claire" from this number called a phone number at my house that i do not give out.  Funny how she said i would have signed up for this. And why would I have used this number for my contact info.... i wouldn't!

Called and left a message to call back becasue I had won a prize.
