I called this number back, they said my number was given to them as a referral, I called it back and no answer. on the message claimed her name was Dawn Hilton. but gave no other information

Did she call back?  What did she want.  I got a call from her today and I haven't called back as it sounds like she wants to sell me something rather than buy my services.

Early morning call to my cell from a 'private' number, so I didn't answer. Voice mail says her name is Dawn Hilton and to call her back at this 800 number concerning Mary Kay (my home business). However, my cell number is the one I use for my business so I called back. All I got was a voice mail, so we'll see what comes of it. Seems fishy for now....
