These are Payday loan calls.. If I wanted a loan I'd call them!! Uggh!

i keep getting calls from this number about 3 or 4 times a day please some one make them stop. i don't even know who they are.

These people called me at work and were very rude. I asked them to send me something in writing as to what they said I owed them. I've never heard of them nor do I owe them anything. They threatened me and our receptionist at work. She started hanging up on them when they would call back. He told her she would be sorry if she kept doing that and then proceeded to block all of our 12 phone lines for over an hour. They lines would ring and continue to ring over and over. Even the president of the company was drawn in on this ordeal and I almost lost my job. If I knew where to get these people I would press charges so fast they wouldn't know what happened to them.

This is One Click Cash.  You can find an address for them in Nebraska.  They were ordered a cease and decist (sp?) letter from the State of Nebraska in 2006 or 2008 I think, this can also be found on the web.  They are not legally licensed for pay day loans in Nebraska.  As long as you have paid them the initial loan amount, you are not obligated to pay them any more.  My suggestion, show that you've paid the amount of the loan plus the initial fee send this and a C&D letter to them.  I asked them for an address to mail this to as well and I was told they can't give me an address nor could they mail me anything showing that I owe them.  They wanted everything in email or on the phone. The email that they sent me just said I needed to call them to make a payment.  This was for a loan back in 2008 which I've already paid in full along with the fee.  They want me to pay them another $600.

Calls several times a day and leaves an auto message for someone I dont know. When I called back they said they would take my number out of the system haha still calls 3 to 4 times a day 7 days a week.

This number calls me everyday.

They call my cell phone daily. They have also called my sisters home, bosses home and now my work phone, its pretty sad if they are really collecting when they don't even know where to call. They leave threatening messages stating they have a court order to collect. BEWARE of these bottom feeders and whatever you do, DONT GIVE THEM ANY DEBIT CARD NUMBERS OR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS!!! .

Try putting the number into your phone's reject or do not accept list.

Monica told me I owe money on a stale-dated (according to CA law a debt cannot be collected on after 3 years - Check out the book Debt Cures) payday loan from 07/10/05.  She refused to give me a mailing address to send my cease & desist letter and refused to send me information on the debt in writing, insisting instead of sending me an email. Very rude and cocky.

My child is getting these calls to her cell phone. We are on the do not call list & we still receive these calls. I called to get them to stop - voicemail states "we are glad you returned our call" and then the system hangs up on you.
Second time I called - finally got someone. Indicated they would take the number off the calling list.  We will see how many times I have to ask these jokers to stop calling as well. We just got the company from 1-866-869-5502 to stop calling and then these guys started calling.

I am sick and tired of someone calling from this number everyday!!!!!!

They called around lunch time. I didn't pick up because I thought it might be a telemarketer.  About 5 mintues later, I called my voice mail. They were not too concerned about their job because I heard the whole conversation between the man calling me and the guy sitting next to him. They were talking about their girlfriends and what they would and wouldn't do with them (down south) physically. I still have it saved and will be forwarding it to all my friends.

They've started calling me also but not saying what it's about. It's a recorded message to call 1800-410-6296.

Don't know where they got my number. I just need for them to stop.

I am getting multiple calls every single day for a person I don't even know.  It is always a recording to call either an 800 number or an 866 number.  Always the same recording no matter what the actual number is that called.  This 800-410-6296 number is the one that just called a moment ago.

they leave a message saying to call 800-410-6296 over and over. If you have have borrowed money of One Click Cash they will continue to call you no matter what you do.

I get a call from this 800-410-6296 1 to 3 times per day. I don't owe anyone, and it is annoying as twice I have picked up, there is nothing there, just silence. So when i see them on the called ID now, I pick up and immediately hang up. Good luck getting these computers that have your's, and my, numbers in them that call however, not easy to get out of their databases, as many of these companies share information and call and mailing lists.

I've been getting the same damn phone calls asking for a "Victoria Martinez" (LOL, not even close) for...let's see...ever since I got my number, which was in 2004. Just looked through my auto-reject list: I received calls FROM them at:

And they always ask me to call back at (800) 410-6296. I wish they'd give me a fax number, then I could maybe do some damage...I'm thinking a few sheets of black construction paper taped together, going through the fax machine, you know? >:)

I keep receiving telephone calls from this number which comes up on my caller ID as 800 705 4406, leaving a message for me to contact phone number 800-410-6296, not indicating who they were, but indeed wanted me to call them back - I am not the person to whom they are attempting to contact.  I have had this number for well over 3 years now and have no business with anyone attempting to contact me for whom i do not know.  How can I make it stop

I kept getting calls from 800-705-4406 after having been in the do not call registry for 5 years, and confirming that I am still in it every 3 months.  I got harassing calls, which ended up to my auto accident.  When 800-410-6296 called I finally answered because I was so frustrated at their pesistent abuse, and as soon as I answered, BAM, off to the hospital.  Further, it was an automated message, saying PLEASE CALL 800-410-6296.  I called, spoke to MEGAN, told her to remove me because my name is not Jason, which is who the message was for.  She was very rude, would not even tell me the purpose behind the call becasuse I was not Jason (but they were the cause of a bad accident and medical bills) - as Megan said who they are does not concern me - yet - it does when you bother me daily and cause a major accident.  She was very rude, said a 5 letter word, and hung up the phone.  I am very, very upset.  This company needs to be penalized severly.

Got an automated message to return this call.  The Do Not Call Registry allows you to file a complaint about automated telemarketer messages.
