I have received a call from Stephanie at 1-800-410-9275  at UCL asking that I return her call.  I did the next day and a man named James answered  "Hello", not UCL or United Cash Loans.  When I asked the name of the business, he identified the business as United Cash Loans.  He asked for my social security number and when I refused to give it to him he said it did not matter as he already had it in front of him.  I told him I had contacted the NC attorney general's office and found out that these loan companies were illegal in my state and they were never to contact me again.  He told me that until I gave him my social security number he could not discuss the issue with me and hung up.  The very next day I received a call from Stephanie at  AML, the same lady who called the first time, at a different number which was 1-800-474-9026.  Imagine that-a different company and a different phone number with the same woman working at both places.  

I received a call from 8004109275 at work. Person left a message, all he did was sing my name. no name of company nothing else.  

No idea who UCL is and why they are calling me.  All my unidentified calls go into a spam blocker, and only identified callers get through.  Out of curiosity, I check my list of blocked calls about once a week to see what annoying pests have tried to get through.  Eventually, technology will become so sophisticated that spammers, telemarketers and scammers will not be able to get through unless you want them to.

I keep getting calls from these people.  No sooner do I block one toll free number, than they call on another.  I don't have any outstanding loans.  I have explained that I have an open Identity Thieft case with the police and FBI.  I have given them case numbers, investigating Officer's telephone numbers, everything I can think of.  But they call me 10 - 15 times a day!!  They say the loan is in my name, so I have to pay it.  Fat Chance!!  Give me Validation of the loan.  Show me something with my signature on it, and I'll pay my debt.  Until then leave me alone!   I have reported them to the Maryland State's Attorney's Office, the FTC, the BBB and the FBI.  I don't know how to make them stop.  They are rude, disrespectiful and annoying.  They aren't even licensed to do business in Maryland.  I need to find an attorney that would like to file a Class Action Law suit against these idiots!!

I do not know why everyone uses the BBB like it is some sort of superior entity.. They are no dif than a fraternity, they can only help people in their circle.. It is just a private company that a business has to pay annual dues to be a member of.. That is why UCL is not in their system, they don't want to be in a fraternity.

They keep calling every day, two or three a day and from different numbers. I was told I had a loan through them, when asked when and where the money was sent, I was told this is my debit and I need to pay it. I asked them to send my paper work on it and have never gotten any. The are very rude and most of them are hard to under stand.

This company continues to call my job after i have continually asked them not to.  I will be seeking legal assistance because it is against the Fair Credit Reporting Act!

I have communicated with United Cash Loans through email, after their threatening phone calls, to come get me and send me to court. I have provided them with the total amount of money I have paid on my loan which is almost 3x as much as the initial loan, and requested that they accept an additional $100 to close out my account. They are insisting that I pay their offer of $395 and only by giving them my credit card number over the phone (they wouldn't accept a check when I offered to send the $100 in). I have paid them $760 total. So I asked for a mailing address, and a name for their parent company if it differs from United Cash Loans, and GO FIGURE they stopped emailing me back.....NOTHING!! Now they just call every day a few times, and never leave a message. I am not paying a company that will not give me the information on their company, and want me to send them my credit card number. That doesn't sound legit to me, nor would I think it sound legit to a judge, if they do decide to take me to court, which they wont.  I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in OK.

I keep getting phone calls from this number, but they don't identify who they are and leaves this number to call back. They don't even mention you by name !

call the fair trade commission and give the number and let them know they are calling your work and won't quit they should get a hold these people. They kept calling my husbands job and we had to call FTC, and they called and they quit.

I wondered how they could circumvent the banking regs and operate this nasty business, which preys on those desperate for cash. You have done us all a great favor.

I get calls EVERY DAY from these folks,

I understand it they may be affiliated with a Native American tribe or tribes. I am all for the Naive American tribes engaging in enterprise to better their position. We know what a rotten deal they have gotten from the US gov't for two hundred years.
However, this particular operation is I believe run by third parties who have interlocking payday loan companies and probably scam them as well. So don't blame the tribes.

this is not the company who calls you ding dong. Its a blog with people like you who are getting calls from the same number. Man you take stupid to a whole new level.

SAME THING I GET LOTS OF CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER  ASKING FOR A TORY .  tHEY WOULD NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AND I TOLD THEM MY NAME IS BEN DOVER. sHE WAS NOT AMUSED. I asked what this company does and she says several things. I laughed in her face and told her that is not an answer to my question. She was rude so I tolde her to stop scamming people AND TO F*** OFF. They still call so I will continue to harass each and every evasive  rep that calls my phone. They did not give me united cash loans as the companies name .  What load a of s*** .

I've sued united cash loans for calling me and got 4300.00 settlement out of Lawsuit.Hire an attorney that handles cases like this.The best attorneys for suing is in Birmingham,AL.

Document everything, every time they call, every person you talk to and find out about any laws that would make it illegal to record the call THEN SUE THE B*****DS

Don;t deal with American Web Loan either!!!!!!  Got me for double the amount I owed on a 700.00 loan.  Then threatened me with a summons, then when I called to ask why they were pursuing the summons when I had more than paid the amount owed.  Then they advise me to refuse the summons and just settle with them for double the amount again of what I was lent in the first place.  Hind sight I looked if they were licensed in Oklahoma or not and they are not licensed.  
Really!  Now I realize the reason they are trying to scare me again into paying more is that I changed my bank and they cannot get any more money out of my account.  WHY WHY WHY do people pray on other people who are down on their luck.

This company is beyond annoying and completely rude when they are called back! They expect you to provide them your personal information, while REFUSING to give you any of their information and claiming that you are rude for simply asking for it! I've never had any dealings with this company, but they call my phone all day long and NEVER leave messages regarding what they want! I'm considering pressing charges because of the way they handle their business and the way they talk to people! This is the worst kind of harrassment!

They continue to call me as well, but if they do not leave a proper message I will not call back or ever answer. If they believe I own them money they need to follow the legal steps which is sending notification in WRITING. I  have contacted local police and filed reports with numerous other agencies. I really hope they read these posts and can take a clue and stop. They will get caught eventually.
