Got a robocall to lower my debt from (843) 619-3526. Pressed 1 for more info. Spoke with Bonnie. She asked me for my interest rates. I told her I didn't know. She gave me this number and said she was from Preferred Card Services: 1-800-411-1332. I asked where they were located and she said they were all over the country. I said, no where are your headquarters and she said they were all over the country. I said, no what address does the company put down on their tax returns and Bonnie hung up on me.

Caller said they where calling to reduce my interest rates on my CC. He asked me my name which I gave him and my phone number. I asked him his name he said it was Jonathan Akers. I asked him for his phone number he gave me 1-800-411-1332. He started to give his pitch and I asked him another question about his company. This guy become very agitated and got nasty with me. I called the number to which someone answered National Financial.
I asked for the supervisor to which I was transfered to a guy named John Franklin. I told him to take me off their list and complained about his telemarketer to which he said I was not on his list.

These are low life con artists just trying to steal your money!

The first call from this phone number came up on the caller i.d. as an area code 708 phone number and read "cellular call".
I answered it and they asked for my husband.  They then gave me a call back number of 800-411-1332 for him to call.  I've never received any bills from anyone and am current on my bills.  So, since they have sent no correspondence, I will answer all future calls as either wrong number or the business name my phone number was once issued to.
I don't deal with anyone over the phone particularly if I don't owe anyone money and if we do, we don't receive a bill first.

It's a legitimate collection agency everyone.  A past due bill has been turned over to them.  You owe money.  They want it.  Now they call my place of business.  But you can't get blood out of a turnip.  Maybe they should try to get it from my ex.  He owes $40k in back child support.  Again, you can't get blood from a turnip.  They'll have to stand in line like everyone else.

I got a call from this number about 3:50 pm. The lady spoke really fast and asked for my husband, being as he wasn't home I asked to take a message. She said she was Alice from "National Financial Systems" and she gave me this number along with the extension 305, to have him call her back and then followed up with a reference number he was to use when he did call.

On the caller ID it showed up with a local number 703-574-4803 out of Reston, VA.

Just got a call from National Financial Services...same Number.
How many company names can this group of bottom feeders use???
Guess I'll find out.

I was hoping someone would respond. I filed a report with the FTC just after posting this. I intend to contact the Cheif Justice for the State of New Hampshire on Monday. I'm going to look at all the information you have so kindly posted and spend every free moment filing reports.

I've recieved calls from this company in regards to my consumer credit card debt. First, They have used the company name National Debt collection, and they have used all the messages mentioned above. Now they are calling from this number using the name United Debt Collection Services, Inc.
I told the women calling from National that they are breaking the law in the State of New Hampshire by calling my neighbors, relatives, and my Elderly Parents. I also told them that wishing me "good luck" at the end of their harrasing phone calls by no means encouraged a resolve of my debt.
I told them their tactics were/are illegal and that I would report them! They also tried to threaten by stating this was the final call before handing over my account to their legal department.Now 1 month later, I'm receiving calls from United Credit Services Inc. National stopped calling me. They have repeatedly called my parents. I'm currently reporting this matter to the Cheif Justice of the State of New Hampshire. Their practices are illegal in N.H. and I feel its time to make them accountable for such practices. I'm writting this in hopes that others will report them too.
I have been able to work with other collection agencies, but these folks are bent on using fraudulent tactics in pursuit of collecting a debt. Shame on you CtitBank for hiring them. After more than 20 yrs of paying on time, you have chosen to throw me to the dogs. I won't forget it.
Please report these people. If not, you have nothing to complain about.

Received a message from Miss Freedom of National Finance Systems to call "immediately to avoid impending litigation."  I did return the call to let them know that they had the wrong person only to deal with the rudiest most unprofessional people and then hung up on.
A local number 817-381-1295 was listed in caller id.

Received an odd call from Cynthia Simmons of National Finance Systems to have a relative call immediately to resolve an issue but she would not disclose any information.  When asked why does a local number is being displayed she advised there are local offices.  She also provided a reference number to call back.  The local number displaying is 973-821-4953 (South Orange, NJ).

I received a call today from this number.
The caller was an older man with a deep voice who stated I MUST RETURN THE CALL IMMEDIATELY REGARDING AN URGENT BUSINESS MATTER THAT MUST BE RESOLVED.

I immediately looked into the number and found this helpful site. After returning the call to 800-411-1332 I was answerd wiyth a generic "THANK YOU FOR CALLING NATIONAL"

Three different women calling me leaving this 800 number  (800-411-1332) saying they are National Collection Agency. They are trying to collect on a gas card that I do pay regularly. They are DEMANDING full payment today of over $600!!  They have a really old old mailing address for me. And they don't ask my Soc Sec number but verify the last four. They are bogus.
