Got an "Unknown number" that asked me to call back under this number for "an important matter". Sorry, if it really IS important, please let me know what it is you need to discuss.
TW sadly are my only option, their cold calls get old.

same ole crap they call everyday regardless if you owe or not you can call them and tell them to quit and it falls on deaf ears... and tTme Warner pre bills you for your service and call it late when its actually just due.. they must not trust anyone to be PRE BILLING no other corporation does this.. just the magic Time warner EYE watching your Dollars Dwindle

They keep trying to call my cellphone, but it only rings once and i never have time to answer. This happens EVERYDAY around 4pm or a little after.

We were on my cell talking to a service rep getting our box set up and TWC called THREE TIMES with their stupid 'customer satisfaction' survey while the tech was STILL ON THE LINE WITH US! I feel sorry for the techs if they're being graded on how quickly issues are resolved and TWC expects them to resolve it in 30 sec or less...

I don't answer unknown numbers. I don't have dept collectors calling me. But I only use a cell phone and often have telemarketers. I would have answred the phone if I saw Time Warner because that is my cable company. I don't understand the stealth undercove work they go through....

Everytime this # calls me... it's automated & wants me to take a survey regarding the call I made to customer service. What's annoying is that if I don't answer the first time it calls, it rings back right away.

Same experience as above, only sometimes I get a call more than once a day! I DO NOT want these calls on my cell phone! Especially not when they don't even give me enough time to pick up...

I've received a phone call EVERY SINGLE DAY from this number all week. It's Time Warner Cable and I've already told them that I am not interested in adding digital phone to my cable. This is b.s.!
