Cisco Collect is a BS company that likes to harass everyone.   If you have an android phone download call blocker and put their number on block-  any time they call, it hangs up on them

They keep calling on my personal cell phone regarding the AT&T business account for a company that closed down in November 2012. I did work for the company before it closed, and when they sent me the bills from AT&T, I submitted them to the owner--after telling Cisco that they would need to speak with him, and that I was not in any way authorized to pay them, or give them a date when payment would be made. I also informed them that further calls to my personal cell phone were not acceptable. I got another call today, while I was at work (I work for a different company now). I told Salma, one of their employees, that I am no longer with the company and that I've already told them not to call my cell phone. Her response was that today's call is regarding a different AT&T account--but the account name and the telephone numbers she had listed on the account were the same. Our office only had one AT&T account, ever. When I tried to give her the name of the owner's current business, she informed me that she couldn't take any information from me unless I wanted to continue to be called about the account. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused, and hung up on me. I understand that they want their money-but being rude to the person who has the contact information you need isn't the way to go about it.

Got a call from 800-429-9210, on my cell phone, they left a message that it's an important issue (for them no me)with a reff #. It could be a bill collector calling about an ATT small businss phone bill charge off. ATT small business is a big rip off......

YES - AT&T Small Business IS a RIPOFF!  Our new policy is to lie to them and open a residential account for our businesses.  Same service - more than half the price.  We don't even use it for outgoing calls, since we all have cell phones anyways.

I get the same phone call about once a week but the message they leave is to the East Tennessee Board for a bill with AT&T of $549.00 and leaves a reference number.  I've called it, but a VRU comes on and doesn't give a company name.  I did find out it was CISCO collections, but I have no idea for what and I don't talk to anybody unless I know who it is.

This is a company that acts as a middle-man to sell internet service. The  429-9210 number is the one you call to order internet.

Caller asks for payment of $85 on an AT&T account. Gives a reference number, website (ciscocollect.com) or call back at (800)429-9210. I never had any business dealings with AT&T.

These people keep calling us in REF to a bill that was settled in a court case, and they deny they are violating Federal Law, becuase they are not calling, however I have their number on my phone (6) six times.
If they don't stop, do as I am doing, have an attorney sue them.

Caller keeps calling my daughter on her new phone. I have returned their calls and asked them to stop. They tell me that they are not doing it and that the number has been removed from their systems, 3rd time I called them I didn't have the account number and they said that they can't even look it up without the account number. I gave them the name of the company they were trying to call... come on... who can't search a database for a name.

Got a call from 800-429-9210 it was a recorded message that said we have a important business matter with you and here is account number for you to call back with. No company name. Must be a bill collector.
