800-430-2908 is now disconnected.  It is run by a Russian-Romanian scammer who spams tens of millions of us daily.  He uses many different scam numbers.  I believe these numbers are run by Level 3 Commincations out of Colorado.  It's time fo all of you to do as I have--reprt him to the FBI for unalwful use of telecommunications and for unlawful spamming.
