Said there was a claim against me for breaking a contract about an internet loan. I paid this. 3 yrs ago now they won't stop harrassing me  number is 800-370-7582  what can i do to stop this?

Someone called my office number and left a voicemail message saying the message was for a name I had never heard of before.  The young woman's voice obviously was reading directly from a script - even stumbling over it a bit.  She said her name (real- who knows?) and left a phone number saying there was a claim against this person and he only had one opportunity to call their offices.  They needed his home and work addresses.  Never did mention the company name they were representing.  She said this person had now been "officially notified".  I googled the number left in the message (nothing) and the person's name they were calling fo  (is a local person by that unusual name).  Finally called the number to see how it would be answered (blocked mynumber frm being seen on caller ID).  Got voicemail saying "UCG Litigation Dept."

Number they left to call back was 855-868-2125

Jessica what was the women's name? This is a scam I have checked it out with my Attorney don't give them any information there a bunch if fools!

I had a very terse message on my answering machine saying my complete name and that I needed to call this number as it was my last chance to respond to a claim that was being prosecuted against me.  They left a claim no.  The message was a woman's voice.  When I called, a man answered and asked for the claim  # which I gave him.  They call themselves the UCG LITIGATION FIRM.  I asked the man's name and he said JAMES BUTTINO.  

Tomorrow I am calling the State Attorney General's office to report them and checking my H.O. insurance for an ID theft rider.
