I too get calls from this number...Cap One as well. Interesting....I have not called it back...will have to do that to confirm. Getting tired of all the calls...this and many others. Time for people to start questioning the DNC lists in Canada and U.S.....they are NOT working as they should...too many exemptions and they don't work together. Getting the courts and police involved is a better option...phone provider does nothing and neither does CRTC.

I have been getting numerous calls from 1-800-431-3239 with a pre-recorded number message that says it Capital One..they even say my name..and give Capital One information- but the phone number that shoows up on identi call is 1-800-431-3239..if you call the number back you get a message from Chubb Claims Emergency pager, Boston office.
I am reporting it to RCMP in Canada.

Got a call from them today and they left a voice message.  Looks like it is from CapitalONE - the credit card company.

Called the number and got a machine saying it was "Chubb Claims Emergency pager, Boston office". I don't have any kind of business with these people.
