I got a change on my credit card.

Same as above.  Absolutely horrible!  These people should be sent away for wrongfully charging credit cards

The last was Friday afternoon. This morning, Monday, I checked my e-mail and had one from "Awalago brought to you by MediaMogulMe", dated moments after I got of the phone (1-800-435-1386) congratulating me on signing up for their service, which I had not. I called their customer service number, 1-877-208-1015, got a busy tone the first time and was hung up on the second. So I called and canceled my credit card.

Showed up on my credit card bill as APN Media on the second and Make Money Online on the 28th! Both charges were for $29.95. The woman on the phone at "Customer Service" (no company name) claimed that I had signed up for some work at home service. This is not true. When I looked up the number on an online reverse directory, it came back to: Berry Bearing Co, IN, 1-800-435-1386. Somehow I think this information is out of date. After much discussion "Customer Service" promised no more charges and that they would send me a "shopping certificate" to cover the prior charges. We'll see.

I am getting a 'mind-numbing' run-around trying like mad to track down this "makemoneyonline" with the phone no. 800-435-1386. Just found a charge on my visa credit card of $49.90 to this so-called company. Tried calling this no. they wanted information from me, but wouldn't give me any information about who they are. After reading some of the posts here, started realizing I'm not going to get anywhere... would really like to find a way to report them, and put them out of business. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU GIVE YOUR INFORMATION OUT TO!!!

I also received a mysterious charge for 49.90 from "MakeMoneyOnline." I called the number and their hours of operation are M-F, 9-9pm and today is Sat, actually early Sun morning now but I reported a dispute with my credit card company because I have no idea what this business is or what their selling.

I also had a charge on my credit card for $49.90 that I didn't make...but it said APNMedia with this number listed.  When I tried to call the number it went to a general customer service number for several companies and the woman tried to get me to give her some personal information so she could see if I had an account with them.  Beware!

Fraudulent charge of $50.40 on my VISA card from Makemoneyonline. Phone number on statement is 800-435-1386. Also have read complaints online at www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/makemoneyonline for fraudulently charging credit cards which shows an address and phone number in Green Bay, WI.

A few more details:

When I spoke to someone at my credit union about this charge, she said that it was an online purchase. But as of this date the website "www.makemoneyonline.com" is not even operational.

When I finally reached someone at the 800 number, she claimed that she could find no charges under my name. I have asked my credit union to cancel my VISA card and issue me a new one.

I just noticed the same charge ($50.40) on my Visa bill. And I have no recollection of making this charge.

A charge for $50.40 from MAKEMONEYONLINE with this 800 number appeared on my VISA bill. Called the number, got a "will direct you to the next available customer service person" message, and then it hung up. Have no recollection of making such a charge. Charge occurred while I was on a ski trip, though I only used my VISA at the hotel.

Not a call but my bank account was charged $49.90 and all its shows me is *MakeMoneyOnline.com, and when I googled it I got a page that just said *coming soon* and thats it. When i looked further into my bank account about this so called company it just showed.... Merchant Catagory Direct Mark and Expense Catagory mail order/telephone order providers and the merchant code shows as 5969. I have no idea who or what this is but i had to apply for a new debit card because of this thing. I never heard of these people or whatever. I did not make any purchases for anything like this.
