I received a call last night from a "Mike Jones" claiming that someone was filing kidnapping charges against me & that they wanted to know when I would be home, so they could serve me with court documents.  Bad timing on their part & he got cussed out, because I had just dealt with finding a runaway & hr said the mother filed the charges... I'm calling my local news stations.

I'm confused, pissed, and vengeful.

He confirmed my name, and my age & threatened me with jail time.  Now I don't even know why they were really calling?

Charles and company also gave me a call. These guys almost had me! I kept asking for them to send me paper work and they refused. 3 days later he gave me a call back and had me speak with their "attorney" Gloria,she told me very ghetto fabulously that there will be an officer on the way to serve me with a summons to show up in court. Now why would I pay on something I have no idea about? So I thought id give them a look on line....looks like I almost got had!!

Some man called my work phone and asked for me by name. He claimed he was an Officer and that he needed to verify my address of the location I was at because a deputy was going to be on his way to serve me within the hour. I asked what it was for and he said that he could not tell me. He said he could see if his "supervisor" would let him give me a phone number to call back. Really? What kind of officer needs to speak with his supervisor about a phone number? There was no way in HELL this guy was an officer of the law with the ghetto way he spoke. I just hung up on him. Plus there would be no reason why I would be being served.

Received a call to my mother stating that Officer Jones was calling and needed to get in touch with me right away.  He even gave her a case #.  Thanks to previous posts, I did not call him back.
