told to call the office of Gary Marshall as "they have notified me in writing and given me every chance to resolve the matter". They also say this is not a solicitation and the voice sounds very mean. They call every day at odd hours.

recording from "Mr Roberts" from a "debt collection agency"
Mike 2011-06-06 20:57:48 Unknown
Does anyone know how to get this loser to stop calling? We don't have any overdue debt!
Patti 2011-06-06 20:57:48 Unknown
I haven't received numerous calls from this and other "Private Numbers" asking for a Mr. Roberts and telling me that it's Mr. Roberts. I just received a call from a Miss Hand. They say they are a debt collector, but do not state their company oro any other business. What's up with that?
Jason Smiley 2011-06-06 20:57:48 Unknown
I received 2 automated calls from a "Mr. Stanley" saying that this is not a solicitation and a call from a debt collector talking about a correspondence that they supposedly sent me and wanting to resolve the matter. Both calls were at early morning hours between 4 and 5. Don't let them fool you. I am waiting to see if they continue to call me.

Don't pay these people a dime!!! I work in a collection agency got a call from one of the people I am working with to resolve a debt and they got a call from these people. They yelled and scream, threaten to sue you if you don't pay now!! Well they called my customer and told them this account is with them and to pay up now! They also told them the account was over $4,000.00 when the account in only about $2,000.00. I have no idea where these fools get there info but they are good at trying to scare you into paying a debt that you may or may not even owe, and if it is a debt you owe they jack up the actual amount u do owe. My advice is no matter what if these a-holes call you call a lawyer and don't pay, until you do!! And never give the many of your information especially your social security number!! These people give collectors a bad name, I can completely understand why people get so defensive. I like to try to help those who want it, not harass the hell out of people. Every thing these guys do is illegal. Look up you local laws people!! And sue them if you can they deserve it. I cant believe they way they treat people, they are scum and bottom feeders who need a dose of their own medicine!

These jerks called my house wanting someone who doesn't even live here! They asked if I knew this person, told them yeah, they asked for a better number to reach them at so the phone calls can stop coming to my house. Told them I don't have one and you don't need to call me anyway, they a-holes hung up on me!!
Those idiots don't know who they are messing with I work in a collection agency and I know for a fact that once I have told them that person doesn't live here they cant call again, this would be harassment, which is against the law. But I guess these A-holes don't know how to follow the law anyway. I dare them to call again!! I have a good lawyer, I don't think he would mind suing them too!!

This company calls several times a week. My husband and I have fico scores over 800 points, we do not owe anyone any money. We pay our bills and I want them to stop calling. I tried to talk to them at the 1-800-443-3012 #. They are rude and uncooperative.

I got a letter in the mail from this place. I had to research it to find out a number because it is addressed to someelse. So I figure I cannot open it since it is not addressed to me so I used the return address to find a phone number. Now it is a matter of calling them have them to stop sending these someone elses mail to my home.

Every time these jerks call file a complaint with the Do Not Call list, the federal trade commission, politicians or consumer action column in your local newspaper or TV station. A friend of mine was helped by a local TV station consumer action show to solve a dispute with a phone company.

NAFS has an (F) rating with the better business bureau and a huge number of lawsuits filed against them.
If you decide to call them which is a mistake then do not give out your social security number, credit card number or bank account number. If you have been suckered in to doing this them cancel your credit card or bank account immediately.
If they claim you owe debt make them send a letter in the mail and they probably won't send it because they probably can't prove the debt.

I received the call about 4pm. It was asking me to call Mr. Cook back. As I have no debt, I didn't call back after reading these posts.

Numerous harrassing phone calls about a previously resolved matter. Very rude an obnoxious person named Lebewski or something.
Joey H 2009-11-24 00:09:37 Unknown
I got a voice mail from "Mr. Cook" saying that he tried to contact me many times and needs me to call him back and due to the security of this issue, he is not able to tell me what his call was for. Well, I never answer any phone calls from 800 numbers or blocked numbers so he can try as many time as he wants. I had some old debt from 10 plus years ago when a relative stole my credit cards. I talked to my lawyer and she suggested me not to deal with these collection agencies since it has been more than 10 yrs.

1-800-443-3012 PreRecorded Message from a Mr. Cook asking me to call him about a collections debt. All my bills are paid in full every month via autodebit, I checked everything just to make sure anyways. Nothing is amiss. After finding the wealth of negative information against this Collection Agency (keyword is the phone number) I am not going to call Mr. Cook.

I have been receiving calls on my cell phone from this number for months, at least twice a day. About every week or so, they change the name of the person calling. They do say that they are with National Action Financial Services and say to call back with an urgent message and they are a debt collector. Guess I will call and tell them to quit calling. They are burning up my minutes on my cell phone.

got the recorded call... said push 1 to speak to someone.. that didn't work.. called back.. person I spoke with was rude.. I asked who they were looking for.. gave me a name.. I asked how they called me.. answer was he had used my number.. I am a 'searcher' and pay for a site to look for people.. I asked what the common address was.. Ms Rude said she couldn't give that information.. said she'd remove my number and abruptly hung up.. I ran the guy who she was looking for... BINGO.. I found a common address from about 15 years ago.. a bill consolidation company.. they got me straight.. he must have fallen back into his old ways..

Same drill as everyone else. Mr. Roberts(Sometimes in different voices), one was a Mrs. something, "time sensitive matter, this will not be taken advantage of", etc. The only DIFFERENT thing is, my credit is NOT perfect, so I do recieve LEGITIMATE calls. I have no problems taking care of LEGITIMATE debt. But these people call up almost screaming into the phone like I have caused them some sort of personal harm. Ever since the very first message, I have never called them. Their ways of doing business are absolutely heinous!

I receive many calls a day from this number on my cell phone. I have my number on the do no call list. I never answer it, but they leave a message. I called it back one day and I got the same message as they are leaving. Needs to stop.
