Well, that's not right answer either Mike. For sure you won't get a refund; if that's what you're after. Kill them with kindness; that's what I do. I also file complaints with BBB and get a dispute going with my bank. Hit 'em in the pocketbook millions of times; get them out of business. I say.

Good for you! I just found a $1.00 charge on my account; supposedly waiting for correct amount from merchant. Had looked into MajicJack the other day and found it was way too expensive. Did not give all my account info and am now wondering if they're trying to rip me off also. Just had a problem with 'free' Skype. The bank gave me my $10.30 back and are still trying to recover the money from Skype. Be aware; they are NOT free and are from another country who charges the $.30 because it's from out of this country. I also filed a complaint with the BBB as they would not refund my money as stated. All these rip-offs!

I just reveiewed my dads statement and found a charge from the phone number everyone is listing. I tried to call the phone number to findout why they are charging 89.95/year. His statements only go back 18 months and I saw it on both years around the same time. The automated system did not identify the company and entering my dads phone number, like it asked, did not register with them. I Google searchged the phone number and found many complaints related to it. I called Pro Flowers since it seem to be whom most of the complaints are targeted towards. I talked to a nice lady. She said they had a third party company that handled the Easy Saver program but they stopped using them a while back. It sound like the problem may not be with Pro Flowers but with the company handling Easy Saver. Since they are a 3rd party company, it is possible they are linked to other companies and websites which could explain why our charge says American Leisure. The lady at Pro Flowers said she will hand the information I gave her to thier people and they will help me track this down. That is where I am at right now.

My dumb butt didn't notice these charges and supposedly they have gone all the way back a year and some change.  After many calls they are supposedly refunding me but will wait and see if that happens.  This ticks me off because my bank will only credit back 2 months and that's probably all I will get back.

for the last 3 months they posted charges to my credit card without my permission. I called and a person stated that he was some king of reward program for some flowers i purchased for my wife while ago....I got charged 14.95 ever since the purchase. They credit my card since I spoke to them.  this is fraud plain and simple....

i ordered some ronco knives off the tube (those mothers look crazy sharp) and they asked me if i wanted to sign up for american lesiure and some encore crap. it was a buck for each for the first month and i would receive a $20.00 wal-mart gift card and a $25.00 shell gas card so i signed up. its like 19.85 for each month after if you dont cancel. with proflowers its probly a check box that you have to uncheck to not be signed up. some sites do that , have a mess of check boxes already checked such as [X] YES, Sign me up for american lesiure and a free $25.00 gas card. i called the number at about 6pm on tuesday and i talked to someone that cancelled both of the charges while they were still pending. i dunno if imma get the cards or if ill get charged the 2 dollars that were from EMI*ENCORE MARK.

I just found the same $1.95 and $14.95 charges on my credit card statement.
My husband ordered flowers for me from proflowers for my birthday.  I didn't notice it last month, but it caught my attention this time.  I am going to call customer no service tomorrow and cancel and also dispute charges with my credit card.  This company really needs to be stopped and it appears proflowers has been doing this with this company for a while!

I had signed up for this while ordering sympathy flowers from proflowers.com for someone at work. I used my boss's credit card and she asked what this EasySaver charge was for!! I had siged up for myself using my email account thinking it was FREE! I didn't see anywhere on the email confirmation I got that there would be any charges especially saying I am agreeing to a specific charge. I just got off with customer service and they said my membership was canceled but I'm going to keep and eye out next month for any other charges. Argh.

my wife subscribed in a magazine with one compney , and she has been offered stuff by mail by 2 other different companies ,SHE REALIZED THE SCAM that she has been paying those guys for 2 years , and their magazine sucked , never on time. so after paying it off , she canceld her subscription , WHAT SHE DIDNT REALIZE , is that she had to unsubscribe from all the companies those guyes send stuff through , now she is getting calnders , magazines , books , (IF YOU DIDNT RETURN THIS WITHIN 2 WEEKS WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT ) not only that but memebrship charge , every month . she canceld from the main company , but you have to call to each company they sold your informtion to , and no one gives you the other's number , you have to go through all your bills , every dollar . you should take it in count and call , if you didnt know why you have been charged for it , now this took me almost 3 hours to look for number , and call and wait , and hold , not to mention , the nervouse break down , that i am getting , when the lady tells me you have been charged by this company , and i ask what is the contact number , i dont know , we only give discounts to you to that company's product !!!!!! escalate to supervisor , and supervisor , give me the date the pther company charged me , went through my bank statment , and saw it and called , and so on !

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE THROUGH CREDIT CARD !!!!! PAY CHECK , MONEY ORDER , BUT DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING (MAGAZINE -FLOWERS ) PAY BY EFT . NOT CREDIT CARD .

ANOTHER SCAM , THEY WILL SAY , WE WILL REFUND YOU , I CERTAINLY DOUBT THAT.

I called the 800 number listed on my bank statement and was told that because I made an online purchase through Terry's Village (which was a great retailer that gave me no problems, I'm not putting them down), I was offered a $10 coupon after my purchase, and by clicking the screen to access it, or really look to see what I had to do to get it, I inadvertently accepted the terms and conditions for Easy Saver.  The rep I talked to said I even received a confirmation email-which I never did. I did cancel my subscription and got my money back (well, I was told it would post back within 7-10 business days).  I guess we must be careful when shopping online-they're sneaky bastards.

if you eft you have to fight them to get your money back, if you pay by CC, you can dispute the fraud charge and get it taken off by your CC company.

This company is charging my credit card without authorization. I had to have a card reissued, then their charges appeared on my NEW CARD! The FBI needs to investigate this fraud company.  If you get these charges you should report this to the FBI, check their website for internet fraud activity.

Everyone of you are idiots...you agreed to be a member via a purchase from a third party merchant.
Easu flowers, victoria secrets, vistaprint, all sell memberships through this company.
Stop bad mouthing them, if you would have even bothered to look, you would have saved 20$ on gas....and that's worth more than 14.95 a month unless you drive a bike.

well I to received a charge from them and i put a review on here a week or so ago. i finally got threw with the 800-444-9800 number and talked to a very nice lady (I don't think I have ever talked to someone so nice on the phone before)I explained to her that I never signed up for any of the charges, easy saver and emi encore. She said that something happened when i purchased something online and must have not seen it. She told me sorry for the inconvenience and refunded my money no questions asked. The money showed up in my account 3 days after I spoke to her. Before you do anything with your bank i recommend calling that number.

My story isn't any different from those above. I had just order something online the day before (Terry's village) from all places then the next day i noticed this weird fee of $1 on my account. from an unknown place called EMI*ENCORE..............why i could just........grr......So i called my bank that second and had my card canceled and will be getting a new one shortly. WHY???  Why do people have to create problems for everyone else just because they want to make a buck.  I swear if those people had to actually get a HONEST job making money they probably would freak out.

I ordered flowers from Proflower.com  and i saw charges liked to this phone number on my bank account (only 2 charges for $1 each) i went back to proflower.com and deleted my cc# from my account, i hope this will tak care of it. if you try this too let me know if it works!

I received my cc bill with a $14.95 charge for EZSVER RW and the number 8004449800.  After some back and forth with my wife about the possibilities, she said that she had started to place an order from ProFlowers by phone, but backed out & canceled, in the same call.  She didn't order anything or agree to this service.  

It's some comfort to find out what's going on, so we can fix it.  Thanks to all who posted.
