ICT Group is a boiler room telemarketing agency that sell scams from the USA using call centers worldwide because it's too expensive to pay north americans to flog crap over a phone.

If you are on the DNC list it does not matter anymore.  Your government does not care a wit about what you want.

It never did.

You pay government fools to do nothing all day.
Lie to your face.
Rob you  blind with taxes
Print money to the point a loaf of bread is 4 bucks.
They take your peace of mind and privacy away.

All so the governments of the world can flog some piece of crap timeshare from a Hong Kong call center.

You are all being lied to.

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibits collectors from contacting third parties and talking about the debt with very limited exceptions.  The worst collection agencies will use skip trace reports to identify friends, neighbors, and relatives of the debts in order to let the debtor know that their life is under a microscope.  These collectors may pretend that they are simply trying to locate the debtor, but discovery in a court case will regularly reveal that the collector knew exactly where to find the debtor, and ?locating the debtor? was a mere pretext for stalking the debtor with calls to close friends and relatives.  Collection practices like this are abusive and illegal.

Your best option may be to have an attorney help get their attention or pursue claims under the either the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

The best way to stop calls from a legitimate collection company is to send a written demand that they cease communications.  The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) requires that they honor written requests like this, and stop almost all communications.  If you send a letter like this, you should do so by certified mail, return receipt request, and keep a copy of the letter together with the return receipt.  I have posted sample letters on my web site's law library.  http://www.sue4abuse.com/library.html

If they refuse to honor that request and there is a violation of the FDCPA you can get up to $1,000 in statutory damages.

This company keeps calling family members and won't stop even when they are told not to call again.  I am going to get a lawyer and sue them. I know this is against the law once they are told to cease.   800-445-4918

I just received a call from 800-445-4918 at 8:15 this morning, but no message was left. I tried calling back and heard a couple of clicks and then silence. I tried again and the same thing happened. What do these a**-clowns want. I don't owe anything as far as I know because I paid everything off last year and the beginning of this year just by going off my three credit bureau reports.

I just called the number back, and they are saying I owe 53.01 from a medical bill.  The orginal bill was for 483.00 back on 7-5-2010, and 53.01 is the amount I owed that my insurance didn't cover.  So I'm going to research it and see if I paid it or not last year.  I guess these people handle accounts for doctors and hospitals.

I keep getting phone calls from that number as well, some days four times.  I wish there was a way to put an end to these harassing calls.  I'm with all of you who would like to file a class-action suit against them.  These folks got to be the biggest bottom-dwelling, low-life and deceitful people I've ever known....
