Stop calling us

Same issue as everyone else. Card was declined....looked at bank statement, saw unfamiliar charges after I did cancel both services. Hoping to get a refund on Monday because it is a theft once I was assured that the membership was cancelled...and still being billed 2 months later.

If they do not reimburse the money, file fraud with your bank/CC and get it shut down and off her account. They will issue a new account/card.

My grandmother just noticed to charges of $14.95 does not know where these came from, this has started back in November 2013 so far as we know. She never gives out her account number also never uses the internet yet somehow Savings2GO AND LEISURE PLUS got her information. We are currently working on getting this refunded. Will be calling the toll free number  as well to get this resolved. Since these charges went through it caused my grandmothers account to go negative and charged an extra $30 dollar fee, best believe I will be reporting this to the media. NOT SURE IF THE COMPANY CALLED HER, SHE DOESN'T REMEMBER BUT WE WILL GET THIS RESOLVED.

This number is connected to my checking account. I have already been in touch with Leisureplus and savings to go, to cancel whatever it is I "magically" signed up for. I do not know how my information Iis in their services however I have asked to be removed from both of these and their 'sister services", how ever $14.97 has been removed from my account again. Scam scam SCAM!

You've addressed "dear sir" Richwise, who commented *five years ago* and sounded about as confused as you. At least that guy didn't mistake 800Notes, a nuisance call database, for any sort of direct hotline to your dubious negative option billers. You have to take your problem *directly* to the merchant or mail order house and/or your bank. The only things people can do here are report their experiences and maybe toss scraps of advice.

I want to cancel any interaction made with this company but cannot get in touch with theleisure plusm. Help me please

I'm on the phone with them right now. I did a survey and they said they would
give me somewhere around $625.00 in gift certificates as a gratitude gift. The first
guy i spoke to was really professional but the connection sucked and i couldn't make
heads or tails of what the other man said. It was a long winded process. I'm watching my
bank account like a hawk. I see one charge more than $2.00 and I'm reporting them and
their fradulent charges and shutting my bank account down.

I just saw a charge on my statement for Savings2GO for $14.95.  I called the number and they had no info for me other than my card number.  SCARY.  The woman said they are a company for ordering TV products.  I've never ordered from them or anything on an infomercial.  She said she will credit my card back and then before she hung up she tried to sell me 40% savings on perceptions!  Unbelievable.  I've emailed my bank to dispute the charge and notify them that this is a fraud.

I tried to call the 800 number and it said do to an emergency they are not accepting phone calls.  So I called my bank, cancelled my debt card and they refunded my money.  Kind of a pain, but had to be done.

this company uses a telemarketter from India from Herndon Va. they call at 8pm many nights which I didn't answer. then they sent a post card "eligible to claim a reward valued at $100.00. and call: 1-857-728-5164. and this starts the problem. I stupidly listened to the lies. and they fast shuffle you through the free. items and of course after 14 days a sm. price of $14.95.for one thing and then,dinner cert.from stonebridge for only $25.00. this is all a huge scam they have loads of offers  and you can cancel at any time by calling??? which they rush through the numbers for every offer that they start charging your account for. I just had to cancel everything at my bank. with egg on my face. please everyone don't swallow the line. I can't afford any of this, and I'm sure their are lots of people as well.

My mother is Marjorie Blair and she was solicited by phone to buy a product she never opened or looked at. She was solicited to by the DiseaseFree product and they further signed her up for the SAVINGS 2 GO membership.  She is 84 and goes nowhere.  When I asked her what it was, she had no idea.  I found the books and magazines and asked her what they were.  She had no idea.  I cancelled the DISEASE FREEsubscription  and she started getting charged by the  Savings2 Go company.When asked what it was she had no idea either.    This is some kind of cyclical rip-off.  She paid Disease free for 3 months until I figured out what it was and now she has paid Savings 2 Go for 2 more months.  She may if she is lucky get $14.95 back fom Savings2Go, but she is 84 years old and does not understand what this is.   To me this is a scam, because she would say yes and there was no way for me to figure out what these companies even were.  I went on the internet today and found this through the complaints registered here.       Patti Spinelli

I do not know who this company is or why they are taking 14.95 out of my account. They have taken this amount 3 times. I have to cancel my debit card because of this.

Okay, from my checking account on November 8, 2011, I have a $14.95 charge being taken out from this: SB *SAVING2G88827250.  Also, on November 4, 2001, I have another $14.95 being taken out from my checking account from this: SG 8778252762.

I have no recollection of ever authorizing such transactions to take place, so what number would I have to call to have those payments stopped?  Please help, as I am a soldier living paycheck to paycheck due to paying an overwhelming amount of child support for my only daughter.

14.95...WTF!

Same here. I am on day 13 of the 30 day free trial (which I was charged 14.95 for) and I needed to find my statement and this homepage to track the number down.
The word racket fits this company, I am also going to take this further. and contact my credit card company and also my bank.  and if I have time left over. I am going to file complaint to the BBB.
To me this is stealing, or at the weary least, tricking people.
I can not see how this does not violate interstate comers act,
but then I am only a few years in to my law degree.
this might be a good paper to get my professor involved in.

A charge last month and this month on my card from Saving2Go for 14.95.

Contact your credit card company to have them reject the charges.

This site is not run by SavingsToGo.  They do not read here.  Your message here will not reach them.

I did not know about SavingsToGo and I did not receive any call from SavingsToGo.  But Savingst Go has been taking $14.95 from my credit card monthly (since 22 march) .

I'm not authorized you to take a money. so, I demand a money back and a cancellation as soon as possible. so, I expect to refund and prevent futher problems from your company.

i ha the same problem and the only way to stop it was to report my card as compromized and got a new account number hope it works for you

I called and advised them that I never authorized the charge.  They advised me that they would refund my bank statement.  I also called my bank and placed a dispute on the charge.  I too bought a Shark floor steam cleaner, but they told me it was for a legal matter in which I inquired about.  I think that there are several ways that they are getting the account information.  If anyone knows of a class action suit please post.  Has anyone not gotten a refund from these folks?
