Keep calling me for no reason.. asking for another person I have never heard of, asked them to stop calling, but they wont!!

I've gotten calls from this number as well.  2 years ago my husband suffered complete cardiac arrest... we had NO INSURANCE at the time so the medical bills are through the roof.  We have caller ID and never answer calls labeled as "Unknown Caller" and they leave an automated message asking for the recipient to press 1 if they have reached the correct number... we never do but the calls continue.

This same company also called from 610 916 7301 Leesport PA, and said the name was BCC they didn give any info until I threatened to call the BBB.

Got to be a scam. Calling asking for a relative by married name and that name has never been associated with this address. Must be using internet people search from to garnish personal history.

yeah, i've gotten calls from both. got fed up & turned off my answering machine. have no clue who it is & won't answer unknown name calls either.

This is a telemarketing technique where a machine makes phone calls and records the time of day when a person answers the phone.

This technique is used to determine the best time of day for a 'real' sales (or collection) person to call back and get someone at home.

What you can do after answering, if you notice there is no one there, is to immediately start hitting your # button on the phone, 6 or 7 times as quickly as possible. This confuses the machine that dialed the call, and it kicks your number out of their system. Gosh, what a shame not to have your name in their system any longer!!!

i have numerous calls from these idiots and they use different phone numbers.  i finally got to the point where i called them and they told me that my name would be removed from their database.  if the call me on any of the five numbers that i have noticed so far (609-644-4330, 609-357-0050, 609-207-3060, 800-448-8709 or 610-916-7200) i will put in a complaint to the fcc for harassment.  additionally i have some white noise recorded and i will play that for them so that it penetrates their dense craniums.

Called and I was the only one up. Automated so I couldn't say they weren't available.

Receive at least 2-3 calls from them a DAY! They ask for me and one time I went through the process and the "bill" they are trying to collect is for a surgery that happened in May but they say it is a debt from something in January... Also, I was covered by my parents insurance at the time and this was paid for and NEVER gave my cell phone to the doctor or anyone. When they ask for your payment they say you must pay the full amount now. I don't give any information to people who contact me especially over the phoneI have also sent 2 cease and desist notices to them to contact me ONLY by mail.. never received ANYTHING in the mail. just calls every day. One day I received 11. I am now changing my number because this is become a huge problem.

It is from Burke's Credit and Collection.  It's a bill collector.

They say they are not from a bill collection agency.  The caller names my daughter (different last name). She has no phone. I pay for this phone line, it is in my name. They will not disclose the reason for the call: "it's a personal matter". Me "Are you a bill collector?" Caller "No".  The next step is to submit this to small claims court for harassment after asking them to stop calling. If they would disclose the true reason for the call maybe I could help get this resolved.

don't know who they are but they keep calling at all times of the day. I have called ID so I won't answer.. now I have REJECTION CALLS... THEY GO ON THAT NOW.. PAIN IN THE .. YOU KNOW WHAT

It's some collection agency.  They are calling for me but trying to collect something that should have gone through my insurance.  I've explained this to them (as well as the hospital) over and over and over and over again but they WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE!

I've fielded many calls from this number, the funny part is this has been a company phone for a few years and we don't have a Sanjay!  If I were performing any service for a customer I'd verify they are who they claim to be, but that's just one of my silly practices.  This could be one of the many reasons I'm not forced to use collection agencies....

Recorded message asking for a specific person by name.  Asks to press 1 if you are that person, press 2 to put call on hold to get that person.  Will repeat a few times and will automatically hang up if you take no action.

Caller is not identified in any way.  Has called my home about 20 times or more.  I am tired of receiving these calls!

You can also call them at the 800 number and advise them that you are not the person and get them to remove you. The person I dealt with was actually quick nice about it.
