Called them back and they tried to get my social security number! I told them no! I work for a law firm that deals with collections. This is completely illegal! They refused to give me any information unless I told them my social. This is all bull s***! If you have an iPhone block them!

Google Voice has done a great job of stopping these types of bottom feeders.  Never had a loan wiith One Click Cash, but I got a new number that belonged to someone else, not I get there darn calls.  I have told them before thatit is the wrong number and they keep calling.  Google Voice stops most of the calls if set up correctly.

They call almost everyday no company name just for me to call back this number. I am not going to call a number I have no idea about.

if it's owned by an indian reservation then it was purchased recently.  And since it's an indian reservation they are obligated to abide by the laws of the US, which obviously they are not and what they are doing constitutes harrassment, plain and simple.  Ridiculous.

Keep getting calls from this number. Called it back and was told by a Michelle that the company name is  OCC. Asked who they were looking for and told them that it was not me. Asked them to stop calling.

This is One Click Cash..they have several numbers.. they are a payday loan outfit owned by an indian reservation type deal. They claim they do not have to abide by the laws of the United States when calling and collecting.  They also claim they don't work with debt consolidation companies..which is total BS..they would rather get part of their money than none of it...

This must be a debt collector- as just got this phone & # and had NO idea what this was about.  Every time the call comes in- leaves message and eats up minutes.  DO NOT ANSWER ! !    These calls are harassment to someone with a new phone and number.  Need to be prosecuted.

THIS NUMBER CALLES ME CONSTANTLY ON MY CELL PHONE....I HAVE REPORTED THEM BUT THEY CONTINUE TO CALL. WHEN I CALL THEM BACK AND ASK WHO IT IS,...THEY WONT GIVE ME NO INFORMATION.....THEY ONLY ASK FOR ROBERT WIREMAN.

I also asked them 6 times to quit calling and they have marked it down that I've asked but continue to call and say they will "update my application" WHAT application?!??

They call every single day for Jennifer Jeffries?!!! I don't even KNOW Jennifer Jeffries and they WON'T stop calling me!! It's borderline harassment and I'm about to get family lawyers involved! I just got this number and have had more GD calls for Jennifer Jeffries than my own family and friends!!! They even asked me if I had a way to get ahold of her AFTER I told the stupid person I didn't KNOW Jennifer Jeffries!! Are you really that dumb?!  Go find the real Jennifer Jeffries because I sure as hell don't sound like a woman!

if it is a collection call of any kind it is in direct violation of collection laws to call more than 1 time per day.  If they speak to you they cannot call back within 3 days unless you specifically ask for a callback at a time within that time period.  that company sounds like it is in violation of several collections laws.  next time they call mention that and see how they react.  also they cannot call your work if you say you cannot receive calls there.  that is another violation of your rights under the collections laws.

The number 1-800-450-0753 calls me 5 or 6 times a week. I have caller ID. It is simly very annoying as my wife is very sick with lung cancer. What can be done to stop these jerks. My phone number is registered the "Do not call" registry. I have notified them over 6 months ago, but we still receive these annoying calls

This number keeps calling my cell # even tho I told them over and over that they have wrong number and never heard of Michelle Davis. This has been going on for 6 months +. They can cae less if dialing a wrong number and they are a collection company. I will report to FDCPA and I even sent an email to stop further calls.

actually they cannot leave any hint of debt collection in their voicemails, since that would be an FDCPA violation by possibly disclosing the information regarding a debt on a voicemail or answering machine message to a third party

I've been getting calls from these jerks on my prepaid phone since I first got it. They ask for someone I've never heard of, and when I inform them they have the wrong number, they ask for "the homeowner." I've told them twice to remove my number from their list, but they keep calling at least a few times a week, usually in the morning. I've stopped answering.

pdl adventures they have several accounts but don't have specific names of companies. they can't make you pay anything if they can not give you a specific name furthermore you can contact the specific company find out how much you owe and offer an amount not some off the wall amout they are telling you. they also call on sundays and after the hour not permitted they can actually be sued

Received a call from 800-450-0753.  It is One-Click cash advance company.  Like an idiot I had a cash advance from them, paid it off the following week and now they keep calling to offer another advance.

Company calls at least twice daily. Sometime they ask for me by name and other times there is a pause where a name should be. On the occasion that I did phone back in hopes of finding out who they were, the call was placed in an automated payment system.I don't pay what I don't know or owe.

Called the number back and a very disjointed voice told me to stay on the line to talk to an operator or press #1 to make an automated payment.  I pressed 1 because I thought I might actually get the company name.  It transferred me with ringing, gave me a busy signal, then hung up!?!?!

I told them they had a wrong number they continue to call I threatend to report them to our states Attorney Generals office they hung up on me.

I have had numerous phone calls from these jokers and I have also informed them that I wanted to cease and desist further communication.  I have an attorney on stand-by as he said once I sent a certified copy of a letter asking for them to cease communication that they must abide by that.  Well they continue to call and harass me once a day 6 days a week.  They will be reported to the FTC and I plan on continuing with further litigation.

It's Really quite simple. Download F+GOOGLE VOICE and then just block the number. When they call they get a voice message and that whiny tone that " this number is no longer in service", That usually stops them unless they're just plain stupid which they are or they wouldn't be working a collection center.
