Someone named Alberto with a heavy english accent keeps calling looking for a person whom I don't know.

A cease and desist letter was mailed by certified office and faxed out early 2007 but they started calling again 12/26 and 12/27.

I've received messages asking to call back regarding an "important issue" - they don't answer when I return calls.

I've received two call from OSI claiming that I owe over $10,000 on CitiBank card. I don't have a CitiBank card !

I just received a call from a 'Robert Johnson' of OSI... Caller ID shows 'Forida call' with the number(904)564-2036. I would think that if it really was an important matter, they would have at least given me a clue as to the reason for the phone call. This is a great site! Never knew it existed!

I keep receiving calls as well on my cell and home phone. I called them and they told me they were looking for a Cynthia Thompson. I don't even know someone by that name. I asked them to remove both numbers from their list. Lets see if they do.

I just called them back.  They were looking for someone named Ashley. When I called, I first got a message that the call may be monitored for quality control purposes.  And the woman who answered didn't give a name.  But she was polite, and said that our number would be removed from their database.

I also just now got a call from Marie Turner telling me to call the 451-0540 number.  Caller ID: "OSI Collection  1-904-564-2014".  Message said something about how they were required by law to tell us they were a debt collection agency.  I'm glad I did a web search on the number.

See also 888-725-3600 for this company...vmail messages left several times over the last few months, for an unkown person - they will not mention who the message is for, just to contact "Marie Turner" at this number (800-451-0549) regarding an important matter.  Did not know who, or what type, of company this number belonged to until I Googled it.  I do not owe money to any card companies or agencies, so I know the calls aren't for me - besides which, any of my creditors that I DO have, do not have my home (land) number, only a cell phone for contact.  If I ever happen to be home when they call, they'll be getting an earful!

This OSI agency is a pain in the butt. They constantly call me regarding a debt that I do not owe. I have confirmed this with the company they claim I owe to. Someone needs to shut this operation down.

Theresa Richardson has continued to harrass me at work even though I have repeatedly told her not to call me at work.  Now when I see the #800-451-0549 on caller ID I do not pick the phone up.  She has left messages over a matter of 2 to 3 months ranging from "She has wonderful news for me" to "She must speak to me or my husband regarding a case file matter on her desk, call her immediately if I want to stop further action".  These people are incredible in what they will imply or even say.  Her male co-worker actually left me a message that he was going to "file his case" in a county that I don't even live in.  This is for an unsecured credit card debt that I do not owe and have disputed in writing and have had removed from the 3 major credit reports and they just turn around and put their lies back on my report every few months.  If you tell them to prove you owe the debt, they ignore you, even though it is the law that they provide proof if you ask.  I have Googled OSI Collections and they have been sued and gone bankrupt and still continue to return because CitiBank is backing them financially.  If you ask me, the government should step in and put them out of our misery!

psycho collection company...i think it's fraud.  they were asking my mom if she has money for her daughter and details on her work, etc...

I also started getting calls from OSI from someone named Alberto for someone possibly owned my number long time ago.

The disturbing calls continued till I was forced to file a report at the police and FEDEX to OSI with a cease and desist letter back in January 2007.

The calls stopped, however, they are back today calling again in violation of Florida and California laws.

Isn't it time to stop these people from pursuing the wrong people.

Received a call from "Tracy" who said she was from OSI. Said she had to speak to my son. I asked her in reguards to what and she said "a pending investigation". I told her I wouldn't give him the message and she got upset. Never will I answer an 800 number again and will check caller ID FIRST !! No did not call back and never called her back.

Get calls from this 800 number at my work number.....don't know how they got hold of that saying its personal business. They have no right calling to a work number and you can tell them this.  
I am not returning their calls - they come from both a Tanya Banker and Tracy Harper. Glad to know who they are.

I also received call from Robert Johnson of OSI for my brother-in-law, who does not live with me.  Asking for a return call.  Not sure what it's about, but glad I Googled it.

I have also received a call from these people.  The representative said her name was Tracy Harper and she worked for OSI.  The call was about a "pending matter".  I have NOT called back to find out what it is about.  The number she called from was:  904-564-1539

OSI is a collection agency for school loans and they are a bunch of jerks.  I refused to give them or verify any of my information over the phone with them myself. I told them if they wanted to verify information they can mail it to me and no I did not verify my address either. It turned out being my ex-husbands school loan and they expected me to pay for it. Yeah right...  DO NOT GIVE OR VERIFY ANYTHING WITH THEM

I keep receiving calls from this number multiple times a day, all day long. When you pick up, it is a recorded message telling me to return their call about a personal business matter.

I finally got fed up with the calls, and called back. It is a company called OSI - I got to a representative who refused to give me any information. I asked who they were and why they continued to call my home at all hours of the day and night, and she refused to tell me anything unless I gave her MY personal information which I obviously refused to give her. She also refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.

We have received many calls with a recorded message asking us to call this number about "important personal business."  We have not called.
