That's the number for Progress Energy (of the Carolinas). They usually call to remind you about paying your electric bill.

Called constantly, leaving no message. I finally returned the call. It is indeed Progress Energy, using an automated system to remind customers to pay their bill.

Received call on 10/26/07 at 6:06PM.  I do not answer calls from numbers I don't know.  800-452-2777 was the only thing that showed on the caller ID.
