I get at least one robo-call every single day apparently for a Ray Wang on my "new" cell phone.  I've recorded several phone numbers for this Virtuoso Sourcing Group.  I will list them below.  I have now called several of these numbers--only talked to humans twice and they were very snippy.  Another person on the 615 exchange kept hanging up on me when I tried to explain my situation--4 times!!

877-738-7938 rings to Virtuoso Sourcing Group, sometimes identified rapidly as
"VOC." Twice, the person answering hung up on me when I insisted to know what the nature of the company's business is, insisting that they answer my question as to their identity before I answer any questions of theirs. Twice, their representatives hung up on me when I insisted to know the nature of the company's business. Finally, on the fourth call, the person answering relented and suggested I see virtualsourcinggroup.com, which amid much gobblegook, reveals the company is a debt collection agency.

They called me today from this # 877-738-7936
They knew my address and soc. sec. number.
I have no debts where they say I do.
I am kinda scared, now. What's the best way to handle this?

"Robert" exten. # 4133 @ Virtiuoso Sourcing group gave a call back number of:
877- 451- 8515

He told me to also contact: "Infinity health Association" @ 414-290-6720

They call and leave a garbled prerecorded message. I thought it was saying "This is about you insurance" If we answer it disconnects. I have no idea why they are contacting our business.

They have again started calling me after 6 months of "being left in peace". Every 6 months for two years I am called for an amount I do not owe. I have sent cease and desist letters. I will be getting an attorny next. I am disabled and getting to the phone is difficult. They have all different names but they are all under the one group. I hope these guys burn in hell for all of the harrassment they have subjected me to, including putting crap on my credit record.

I had an att bill that I forgot about after having three car wrecks in six months. Most not my fault. Virtuoso sourcing contacts me and I tell them that if they will send me a bill, I will pay them 50 a month to pay the bill off. They refuse to send me a statement. I have contacted the attorney general and I am filling a conplaint.

I believe Vituoso Sourcing Group is at it again.  They changed their # to 800-615-8948.  I've been called 2 days in a row now and talked to them this morning as they won't leave a message.  They
will not tell you why their calling and our son has had a little trouble with bills.  They get our
# and think its our son as he is a Jr.  I have sent a cease and desist letter as I was told they
would take my number off their list.  I don't believe that to be true just listening to the girl speak
and she had a attitude.  After reading the blogs I thought I might warn others.  Will seek legal
help if it doesn't stop.  (They did tell me they were Virtuoso Sourcing Group.)

How many Richard Parkers live in the United States?  This firm robo-calls all people with similar names, asks personal questions and refuses to state their business clearly.

They called asking me to confirm my address.  (Not okay with me to give my address, but since I have been called probably 30-50 times, I confirmed that it was NOT my address.  Then they asked me about another address on their screen.)  When I asked them about the nature of the call, they got testy and told me they'd call back to speak to my husband another time.  I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they hung up.  Any tips on getting them to stop calling?  We don't owe any money, and I don't want to give out personal information on the phone.

I had an old Sprint bill.. A bogus one at that, but this Virtuoso Sourcing Group continued to tell me that if I didn't pay they would red flag my social security #. They said we can settle for 60%.. So I paid, today, I get a call claiming I STILL owe 100.00? NO, I said there was a settlement and I don't have another 100 bucks to shell out to some debt collecting agency.. They said well if that's true disreguard this call. SO, I e-mailed the "boss" online.. Hopefully they take my number off of the debt collection list because getting calls EVERY day is quite annoying especially when you have a 10 month old who needs to nap too..

Virturoso Sourcing Group is a daily pest.  Calling my home and demanding info from me even when I identify myself as not who they are looking for.  Most of the time it is a recording on the voice mail but a number of times I have become indiginate to their arrogant and pushy ways.  My phone is an unlisted number, they have no right to call me.  I can't tell you how many times they have agreed to remove me from the calling list to only to have calls resume.  I have excellent credit.  These people are worse than the the people they are looking for and they need a great big dose of there own medicine.  The last call
July 23, 2010 at 11: 43, I was told that "they would call me back and that I was dead."

These people are a menace and need to be put out of business for good.

They called me twice in one night and I let it go to voice mail. They didn't leave a voice mail so I called them this afternoon. A mouthy, rude younger guy answered and said he couldn't understand me and to speak English. I've lived in the Midwest my entire life. I hung up and called back and got another operator and he said they were looking for someone named Dawn. They did this about 6 months ago and they quit calling. They're back. I'm contacting an attorney and taking action. I'd love to have a some of their money.

Caller ID shows "Unknown", if you answer, it disconnects. If you let it drop to voice mail, it's very difficult to make out what they are saying. After months of these calls coming in daily, finally I was able to make out the number to call back ...800-452-6394....bill collector for a bogus debt.

The staff are cowards, will not allow you to speak to their management (maybe the management are cowards too). Some of the staff make threats of physical violence. Some of the staff make threats of calling you daily (heh...they already do...just not mature enough to actually talk to someone when they call....when you get back through to them, they play games, yell and threaten. . . I feel sorry for any legit companies that hire this group to collect on their behalf.

Caller from this number 800-452-6394 asked for a member of our houshold (who is out of town). After explaining that the person they were calling was not in town, caller claimed that I sound like that person. I explained that they are calling a shared resource phone and the person they are trying to contact is not here. The caller then stated that they don't care. I ended the call.

Caller then proceeded to call from a blocked cell phone, repeatedly. At one time, claimed to be from an online social networking site used by the member of our household who is out of town. I googled our shared aquantance and found that sure enough, his name and our phone number is right there online.

This company knows no bounds and no ends to the harassment they will dole out to anyone at a shared number.

First Revenue Assurance has no morals or values...but what they do have is a visable call back number... that is also toll free. If they have harassed you beyond the norms of legal bill collection activity (and they will). Go to a loca bus terminal, train station, airport or other place in your community where there's a bank of pay phones. 6, 8 or more is best.  Pick up one pay phone, dial their number, select the option to speak to a rep, set the handpiece down, move to the next phone, do the same. Don't say a word, just keep repeating. Call a few friends in other area codes to do the same. After a few hours of being unable to harass people (what they get paid for), they will realize that their own medicine doesn't taste very good.

...oh, and don't stick around too long. They don't like their own medicine so much, they will call law enforcement and have them go to the pay phones to see who is doing it.

Dial, move to another phone, dial, never speak, go around a few times then move onto another location. Coordinate with friends in other states or area codes to do the same at about the same time.

To Good Credit Californian,

Yup...B.S. ADT bill...but seeing all this traffic, I suspect that every agency imaginable has been contacted, yet, they persist. Perhaps it's ADT we should be reporting.

To JJ

Yup....counter harrassment...I like it. Think I will spend some time next week at such pay phone banks. Explaining to them that ADT is wrong only keeps them harassing.

To All,

Get an advanced call forwarding plan, forward all calls from
800-452-6394 to the rejection hotline (617-861-3962).

Rude man called from this number.  I told him to take my number off list because no one by the name lived at the residence.  I told him it was too early to be calling and he said I was lazy and should get to work.  I work from home, and don't appreciate wasting my billing time answering calls from 800 numbers.

I was not at home and my answering machine took the message. The garbled message I heard was: This is an important business message from first mortgage insurance. Please call 18004526394. That number again is 18004526394. But now I see it's first revenue assurance, a debt collector. It sure sounds like first mortgage insurance! Nobody here owes anything, so they got the wrong number. Don't they check first to see if they have the right number? Or do they just dial the phone book?

so a "person" named Sibley repeatedly calls me from this number to collect on a "debt" from Nicor Advanced Energy. This is a company who has illegally and wrongfully billed thousands of Illinois residents so much that the state district attorney has a giant class action suite against them. They are currently attempting to bill me for my gas bill which I already paid the real Nicor for including a "separation" fee. At first his calls on my company phone were refreshing and entertaining seeing as how telemarketers no longer contact me ;). Now I'm searching for their physical address so I may quicken his reunion with Allah.

I get robo-calls usually 3-4 times per day from 800-452-6394.  The robot has a British accent and asks me to press one if I am person X, and to press 2 if I am not.  When I press 2 they hang up and call back again about 3 hours later.  I called the number on the caller ID and was surprised to find that they identified themselves.  They are Virtuoso Sourcing Group, LLC, 3033 S Parker Rd Ste 1000, Aurora, CO 80014.  They are a contract debt collection agency.  We have been harassed 3-4 times per day since we obtained this phone number 3.5 years ago.  At times we have also been harassed by Cardworks Servicing and by Enhanced Recovery Corporation -who lectured me on taking responsibility for my bills!  Evidently person X used to have our phone number.  It is not rocket science to learn that the number was reassigned 3.5 years ago and I have explained that repeatedly to every "live human" that has called -but those are few and far between.  This is the kind of business that the government needs to come down on like a ton of bricks.

Recieved three calls from this number and the Caller ID showed the number that was calling also.  Was present for the 3rd call which was made by a female.  She seemed surprised that she was calling a law enforcement agency and was speaking to the 2nd in command of the agency.  Never did say who she was calling.  She refused to give her name and who she was working for when asked.  When informed that she and her company could be prosecuted by the US Attorney for making false and ficticious  or harrassing calls to a law enforcement agency, she quickly hung up.  No calls since then.  Apparently collection companies(if that was what this was) do little or no checking to see if the number still belongs to whoever they're calling about.  It's a wonder they make any money at all this way!

Call them from a pay phone and just say the address to them, with a hint of crazy. They get totally wigged out, and lets them know they aren't anonymous anymore. No threats, no harassment, just their address. They became quite interested as to who I was now LOL! A***s.
