Called, left no message. This is a new number for Charter Telemarketers. I blocked the other one they used. Guess too many people were doing that so they got a new number.

Has called me several times throughout the day and doesn't leave a message.  Charter Cable....... they have called me several times within the last few days-- very annoying!
