someone called once and than hung up around 8:30am... I didn't try and call back.

Call the number on your statement and demand your money be returned.  They will refund all but the original $0.99.  I reported them to the BBB.  I suggest you do the same.

This number billed me for $0.99, $59.99 and $14.95 after my wife had called to sign up for QuickMoney.  She found out that the free trial was for 7 days and the information might not arrive for 7-10 days.  She immediately canceled the subscription with a woman named Sarah Smith.  We were billed $0.99 on 25Sep09, the day she was originally on the phone.  We were then billed $14.95 and $59.95 in the months of October, November and December.  A call to this number got the charges reversed except for the original $0.99.

I had the same charge on Checking Account.  They eventually agreed to remove the charge of $59.95 after some serious threatening.  They give NO information, and ask for yours.  This happened before from the same "Customer Service" Company and I gave no Information Whatsoever.  Despite that, they confirmed a refund via E-mail within minutes.  They must have Caller ID'd me and tracked me down that way.  The  previous $14.95 refund was refunded, and I will check to ensure this one is too.

I have just contacted my bank about this and thank god for your posts coming up in google..
They have two amounts out of partners account.
Hopefully we can track this problem down as this just wrong, its been converted from USD$ to AUD$ as we are in Australia.
i will keep on this and hopefully one of us can work this out as to how they got our details.

I JUST CALLED THE NUMBER AND THEY DONT SAY WHO THEY ARE WHEN YOU CALL IN, JUST ASKING FOR CLIENT ID. WHEN A PERSON COMES ON THE LINE THEY ASK YOU FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. I DIDNT GIVE IT TO HIM AND ASKED WHAT COMPANY THEY ARE. HE SAID THEY HAVE MULTIPLE COMPANIES WHICH INCLUDE, WEIGHTLOSS, ONLINE SCHOOLING, AND MOST OTHER INTERNET PROGRAMS.
i HAVE SIGNED UP FOR NONE OF THESE AND THEY TOOK $60 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!

I TOO HAVE HAD MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS FOR! DOES ANYONE CARE TO ANSWER?
