This guy has been calling for two weeks now, sometimes 9:30 at night. I can not understand a word he says. Keep getting calls after I say to stop calling me. I swore at him once and he called back twice just to laugh at me.  Just got two messages from him this Sunday. Do not even give him a first name. I have to turn my ringer off .

Just got a call from this number, on our home phone, which very few people have the number to.

I get calls from this number on a regular basis, but I do not answer calls from numbers or people I do not know.  I beginning to think The Do Not Registry does'nt work real well, as I get calls all the time from lots of different unmbers, unknown numbers, unknown names, toll free and unassigneds.

We received a call from this number at 9:27 last night.  I answered it because it was the second time we had received a call this late.  I asked the caller where he was calling from and he answered "India" and said that he was from HSBC.  I informed him that it is illegal in this state to call after 9 and he apologized, but I still hung up.

I get 2 to 3 calls a day  from the same number 800-457-0158....shows up as unknown name.
When answered, there is silence on the phone,when called back, they say thanks for calling HSBC account regarding your credit card account. If you would like info on your account please press 1,if you want your number removed press 2, but they still call especially every night at 8:00...

Who is using this number?

HSBC calls me at least 2-3 times a day (anywhere from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.).  It's always regarding some "special insurance" on the account, and they want to send out paperwork for my review.  I've told them no, and asked to be removed from their telemarketing list several times.  Three times, they have sent out paperwork, signed me up for the program, and BILLED ME for something I refused.  I hang up on them now, or just don't bother answering the phone.

Says "courtesy call for GMCardholders".  Note that they never say that are HSBC, and they refuse to identify themselves.

They call EVERY day. Sometimes I am able to answers, sometimes not. When I DO answer no one is even there!!! It seems as tho EVERY time I am about to put the baby down for a nap they just have to call and the phone wakes her and I am never able to get her to fall asleep again!!!! We are on the do not call list for a reason!

call every day at least 3 times a day on Sundays and even after 8 in the evening.   Never leaves a message. I really wish it would stop.

HSBC credit card related call from India.  Trying to sell the "Credit Keeper" credit card protection services, they've been calling me for a couple years only from another number.  Telling them no does no good.  Last month I accidentally answered the phone, after listening to the spiel I told the woman "NO". She signed me up anyway and had I to call and get myself removed from the program.  That was last week-this week they are calling me again!  
I'm seriously considering canceling my card to get rid of these @##&)*%'s.

I receive calls constantly from this number.  I have called the number back and did what computer said to get off of the call list.  They are still calling me- when my husband answers phone, they hang up immediately.  Again, the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission say they can not help till they have an address.

This is not HSBC.  I called HSBC myself because I have an account.  It is a phone phishing scam

I blocked the number and get several calls per day. They appear to be a phishing scam posing as HSBC Customer Service

I notice on my caller id on the t.v. set that they call twice a day (usually between 2 pm to 8 pm)....When I do answer and say "no" and hang up - the calls start again several weeks later.  Their english isn't the greatest (outsourced from India)...They don't stop!  I will report them to the FCC.

I have been getting calls from these jerks for weeks. They won't stop! Called last night after 8pm after I picked up on them yesterday and immediately hung up to cut them off! Never leave a message either. STOP these jerks PLEASE!

Do not want to receive calls

Calling 3x a day. Answered on Sunday, claimed to be HSBC. I do have a card with them. Told them I was NOT interested no matter what the "great offer" was. And told them to quit calling. Literally calling every 2 hours now. Never leave a voice message. I'd cancel my card, except I did pay a small fortune to have it. Credit One has only called me 3 times in the 5 years I've had my card with them (same kind of annual fee as HSBC, similar customer basis). I'll probably get rid of HSBC soon if they keep this up.

I see this is the same as all others. They call hours after hours and then do not leave a message. If this was an honest call they would leave a message. I went out and bought a new phone system that will block any phone number I put in my system. It cost me about $150.00 to stop this garbage from calling my house!!!! Now I hope it works, I just put the number in my phone. Good Luck to you all

This A-hole with an accent couldn't pronounce my name and its simple,had to play a recording for me to hear my name. Then he said it wrong again. it's HSBC trying to sell idenity theft insurance. I said NO and then he tried another way to word the same thing so I said hell no and then I hung up. they have been calling twice a day for 2 weeks and i finally caught them.

Call constantly. Wont stop. Call late or way too early, even on weekends.

Kept getting daily calls from 800-457-0158.  Idenified them self as US bank and had my wife's name as she has an account with US bank.  Called our local bank and they checked and the number is from HSBC but the bank said that they are not associated with HSBC.  Maybe one of their employees somehow got her name and is useing it for scaming.  I don"t think these credit card companies are going to call you to lower your interest rates!!!!

I get several calls daily and if I answer it there is dead air.  No one has ever spoken to me.  This is just plain harassement. Are they checking to see when wer'e home?

Called the other day at 9PM, had some accent, couldn't understand them. Yelled at them about calling that late at night. Again just now I got another call from them, I said "Hello" and they hungup. Husband got a credit card through them, he did not activate it as they wanted $75 yearly fee. When he called them to tell them he was not activating it, he found out that they already charged him the $75...supposedly they took it off...so why are they still calling here?!?!?!

They call 3-4 times a day.  I've talked to them 3 times and they always have an Indian accent.  I've asked them to take me off the list and they just continue with their spiel, totally ignoring me.  They never stop.

Call every day about 4 to 6 times. Never leave a message on my recorder and I never answer but they persist.

Several calls a day! Never leave an answer. Being on the Do Not Call list won't help.
