One of the most notorious collection agencies-- Capital Management Services. Numerous complaints against them.
This is one of their new numbers that they change frequently.
Do not engage-- and I repeat: do not engage. This trash will do anything to try to collect whether they can validate the debt or not.
Because they change numbers and addresses so often, it is hard to catch them.
Beware. Don't talk or correspond with them.

I got a "please return this call it is not a solicitation" as well and when i looked the number they left me up on their site, it is not listed. "not a solicitation" my a***.

caller Suzanne from Capital Management left vm on business phone stating this was not a solicitation and to return the call - then a recording started repeating the company name and the number to call 800-457-8213. I called back and got a recording that asked me to hold for the next available representative. I didn't wait.
