We recieved a notice in the mail from this company today saying and AT&T account went to collections and it listed an amount that we owe.  It also lists a website where we can go and pay this online which is www.swcpayonline along with a phone number 800-462-3808.  

The whole thing seemed fishy to me from the start since our AT&T account is good and we don't have any past due or delinquent issues with them.  I did call AT&T just make sure and they really were no help except to say they don't know what it's about.  I asked if there was a way to report this through AT&T since they were naming their company as a creditor but the representative told me no.  I thought that seemed strange.

I've googled this company and it's phone numbers and there seems to be a LOT of people complaining about them.  I still want to find a way of reporting this company for fraudulent claims and attempts at scamming people.

these people the same thing with me. I think it's all a scam. att pull"d the same thing on me. I payed my bill but got it not in time, and cut my service off and said I owed for breach of my one year contract. I called them and talked to them and explained the situatoin to them and they were nasty to me. they can go to hell. they will be busted for this.

Got a new cell phone number and these folks are still after the person who had the number before me...  they call at the most inconvenient times!

AT&T screwed up and sent my account to collections, when the bill had been paid EARLY. These people will not stop harassing me. Don't they think that if I owed AT&T money, that AT&T would have disconnected my cell phone and they wouldn't be able to call me in the first place???

they call me pretty much everyday and im not old enough to have credit or whatever. they literally call me five times a day and one time i answered trying to get off the call list and some guy answered so i stupidly hung up. but they still constantly call me and it makes me mad .

sallie mae student loans hire them if your defaulting on your loan, their a pain in the a**.... and 20 min on hold, i think ill send them a bill for my time,

they called me today. i missed the call...but beware i guess...it says southwest credit assistance on the recorded message that i heard when i called it back from my work number.

Got several calls but never answered.

These people kept calling me and they even left a message about some credit issue with a claim number from Southwest Credit...I actually tried calling back to tell them...well you know...and there was no answer.

Received a message from this number

DELIQUIENT ACCOUNT WITH ATT...I ADMIT I DO OWE 125.00..SO I WILL PAY THEM....

Said they were from AT&T - I called AT&T my account was not diliquent - told me I should call the Police

I am getting calls at my workplace from this number to collect a debt.  Their case number is #3071757.  To be nice I held on and spoke to a Tiffany to let her know that they had the wrong number and that I am not this Lisa person.  She did not believe me and asked to speak to our Human Resources Department.  Tiffany hung up before I could transfer the call.  I called her back and tried to transfer her again, but when I would not give her my name, she said goodbye and hung up.    So, if you are feeling sadistic and need to harrass someone, call this number, ask for Tiffany, and tell her you are not Lisa Wilson with case #30717157.

I cancelled my service with AT&T, for a smaller CO. that does not rape me half as bad as they did. They called 2 months later after I cancelled with them, saying I owed for 2 months. I politely explained that I no longer had their service. Not according to them, so It has been turned over to collections, same # as above. Just tell them that AT&T can kiss your a**, then they hang up and have not called back since..GOOD LUCK

I also got a call from this number (8004623808) asking for Mindy Moore. I told them everytime that I don't know such person. How can I block this number from calling me?

Is this really a number from a debt collector agency? If it is, then it's a scam because I don't have any debts. And this person who called me asked for Mandy Moore. WTH.

How about this, they call me on my AT&T cell about a debt owed on my AT&T cell account. Don't they think AT&T would have cut my service if I really owed them money?!?

I received a call every day from this company. Most of the time I am at work. This has been going on since October of 2009. The bill i am being harrased about was paid in august. I went to the at&t store three time with the bill, come to fine out the money was posted on the wrong acct. I was told it takes 72 hrs for the money to be transfer to the correct acct and i would received a letter stating the bill was paid. This was at&t error. This is also on my credt record. AT & T service has gone down hill. By the way I spoke someone at this company and got no were with them.

So if you're so happy with their "service" why are you looking up their number on this site?

Only one reason we see posts like yours -- YOU WORK THERE. Hope you're joblessness kicks in again soon so you will stop scamming people.

Very friendly courteous people attempting to collect a valid debt. Pay your bills, and if you can't - as I couldn't for some time due to joblessness - the very least you can do is make small payments through them. Absolutely stupid expensive payment stuff though - they want $11 PER PAYMENT as a "transaction fee" if you pay through them over the phone, but the lady I spoke with was kind enough to conference me in and make a payment through a fee-free automated system on my behalf.

I got a call from this number so I called them back and they were a collection agency for AT&T. They were looking for my brother on an unpaid cell phone bill.

I just got the call.  They are calling the wrong person.  First of all.   I am in a debt consolidation program and will happily be out in one year.  I will owe NO ONE.  These people tell me they won't take me off their list unless I give them my social security number.  CRAZY A** MF.  I feel sorry for the guy that is so desperate to work that he will work for this company. I've been working my a** off to pay off my debt.  I put my name on the national do not call list.  What they are doing is fraudulent.  I called back Fred at 888-778-8213 ext 2347 .  They hung up on me.  Good riddens

Freaking Colletors trying to collect a debt from AT&T. they screwed me by selling me there U-verse package but when they came to install it they said there was no fiber optic in my area. but the phone service was already turned on so when I called AT&T they said I had to wait till the service was availble in my area and they would install it. "Hell no" I said, come take your phone service out of here and you can stick the bill in your fiber hole. Now this idiot calls me trying to get the bill payed. Never.
