Caller ID said unknown. They did leave a message & turns out it was blue cross/blue shield of Ma. re: a prescription. I resent the intrusion at supper time especially since this was an unsolicited call & an invasion of my privacy.

its a reminder service to refill ur Rx or to talk to someone. i find it welcoming. I have a cell phone/caller ID so I get to screen my calls so not much a nuisance here. You can opt out just as easily as u opted in either Online or in a mailing campaign. re-read the fine print.

800-462-4612 - If you search on Google you will find a document that lists this number as the information number for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Unfortunately the caller ID says UNAVAILABLE and there is no one there when you answer so on my Panasonic phone I blocked the number.

They did leave a message on my machine re: a prescription. This was an unwanted & privacy invasive call especially since caller ID said "unknown".

They called at 6:20PM I don't answer calls that are unknown or unavailable they did not leave a message

They call but leave no message on machine - I don't answer calls I don't know.
