File complaints with the FTC and CFB, along with a BBB report for this company. Mail them a certified letter (or return receipt) telling them to cease & desist via US mail.   If it keeps up, then seek a Attorney and go after them for harassment and TCPA violations.

o in November 2013, I get a letter from progressive ins. stating there was a claim against me for an accident in the beginning of Nov.  Just bought the car in July mind u and by Nov I was on 3rd insurance company but whoever had an accident gave my 1st insurance card of which I only had for 2 weeks & not in nov. Progressive said to send my statement from 1st ins agency saying I no longer had their ins (which I forgot) & that they'd send sum1 2 take pix of my car on thanksgiving & I never heard from them again. In January, I started getting calls from Texas, and I answered bc I thought it was about my student loans but it was a collection agency whom I told that my car wasn't in the accident. Finally, I sent progressive a letter from 1st  agency saying I didn't have their ins at the time of said accident and a print out of my time sheet that day. I told the collection agency again that it's not me a week ago and now I getcalls from this #. How can I prove my car wasn't in an accident, an old insurance card was used & I don't know these people & get this harassment to stop & clear my name ?

My sons girlfriend was in a accident and they let their insurance lapse, this company collected the money from them and was suppose to lift the license suspension back in june.....they stated 3 different times they mailed the suspension lift but we have yet received it! I think our next call should be to ohio atty general.

Total fraud report them through to the do not call registry.

Yes I was in an accident, and yes my insurance expired, howver I had all the necessary cash in my hand to cover all damages caused, and the insurance company refused to accept the money from me and instead turned in claims to my previous companies!! Then, after getting denied, instead of calling me back and saying, "Mike, we'll take that cash now" they turn me into collections?!?!?!!? AND YOU WANT ME TO WATCH MY LANGUAGE?!?!??!  Well, my brilliant reaction will be an equal and opposite to GEICO's IDIOT action!

first financial asset management...not sure what they want or who they are calling.  they just call and don't bother to leave a message.  i called back and this is the name that is announced.  i just hung up.

just recieved a call from the same number about a car accident i was never involved in and they were trying every way possible to get my bank acct number and so on. DO NOT give these people ANYTHING!! it's a scam!! The person i talked to kept repeating they NEEDED the money asap or they'll revoke my Drivers Lic. but had no valid info for me on the damages done and the amount I needed to pay? I do not know how they got my number but I will be blocking them from now on.

They called me on April 9th, 2012. They claimed that they were a federal regulation program named, "Safe Card." They wanted my emergency room information and were very weary when I asked for their do not call policy and corporate information. Other than being really nervous, it sounded as if they were using cheap equipment and run out of a garage. There even was a guy in the background that yelled, "JUST READ FROM THE F****** SCRIPT!"

Yes this is a collection agency, they say... Yr guna loose yr d.l. and make false insurance claims like I was in an accident, and I wasn't. I belive they take false insurance fraud cases .

this collection agency keeps calling my boyfriend day an night about how he owes money to insurex inc collectors? but ive been reading theses post and now my bf and i are very iffy about making this payment because they want to suspend his license if the payment isnt made. does anyone know if this is a scam?

Was dealing with Progressive concerning an accident report where I am liable for the damages.  I ask Progressive for an itemize statement as I don't mind being responsible and cleaning up my mess, they sent me the itemize statement.  When I questioned why was I paying over $5500 for damages on a car they total, and Kelly Blue Book value this same car in excellent condition for only $3500; Progressive
never responded back, but turn this case over to Insurex Inc, 1-800-467-8745.  Now Isurex is telling me that I can pay this off at $3200 but I also receive a letter from the state where they are informing me that I still have to pay $5500 by a certain date before my license are suspended.  Can someone out their tell me if this company (Insurex Inc.) is legit.  I'm leary because I tried to pay them with a credit card and they say they don't take them (American Express) but they will take a personal check draft over the phone (duh!).  That sounds kind of shaky to me.  If any one can help me a. s. a. p. I will greatly appreciate it.

we have been getting calls from this company for our son who has not lived here in a few years.they were given his number but continue to call here.when I finally called their toll free number listed in the white pages online and told them they had been told not to call this number the lady said I was being rude..and that MAYBE we had told them not to call.I told her I was not a freaking liar and that they would be turned in if the calls did not stop.

Ms. Wallace called leaving a cryptic message.  Then, when the call is returned, you get voice mail and are asked to be referenced by your name and claim #.  How do we blow the cover on jerks like this?

I know this is its a collection agency for Stonewood Auto Insurance brokered via Eastwood. They are just trying to use unlawful and unethical methods to try to scare you into paying a minimal debt.

If you call a toll free number from a pay phone it cost them about $0.30 for each call.  If everybody would call the toll free number from a pay phone several times a day their cost of business would increase - perhaps enough that they would go out of business  When calling the toll free number you just have to make sure the call connects.  You don't have to have a conversation.  Once the call connects, even if it?s just for a second, they get charged the $0.30

Left message they were Insurex.  to call be ms gonzales at 1/800/467/8745 x 224    with a case number.  I am not affliated with this and wish these bogus numbers would stop contacting me.  I'd like to know where they are getting my name and number. such a harassment.

My grandmother got a call from somebody at Insurex with this phone number who claimed that I had gotten in an accident back in November, had no insurance, and would get my license suspended if I didn't call her back. They also claimed tat they have been trying to contact me via mail with no responses. This is all untrue. I have a brand new car I bought in October (with no accidents!), a consistent insurance record with a very reputable insurance agency, and I have recieved nothing in the mail. In addition, I have no used my grandmother's phone number for a few years, and I have a hyphenated last name, which they only used the first part of, which I have not gone by for at least a few years as well. So I will call them back tomorrow to see what the deal is and request proof of any incident via registered mail, and we'll see what happens. They gave my grandmother a contact name (Grant, a female) and a case number.

they called me and stated i was driving without a valid license and no insurance - both untrue.  my insurance is with most reputable firm and has never lapsed.    have at all times had valid state driver's license.  this number is nothing but a scam.   they threatened to report me to my state licensing department.  the worst part is that some so-called  insurance companies  ( one a country-wide known affilliate ) are referring its claims to  Insurex for collection  !  don't  know why the State department responsible for regulating insurers has not investigated and taken proper action  to protect consumers.
