Dude you?re my friend and I know your upset so I?m going re-write this for you so people will take a second look at it.

?This is the same guy, Mark Chelini. We now know that he is a Big Time Scam Artist after recently getting burned by him and his temporary Girl Friend. . He presents himself very well, which allows him to be more accomplished as a scam artist. I feel that he is also a drug addict and needs treatment but is probably not worth the effort because he is a sociopath anyways. Being a con artist and a drug addict seem to go hand in hand. His Girl Friend is an attorney but possibly not for much longer. She was an upstanding person until she hooked up with this looser. Now her life is going down the drain and the sociopath will probably head on to his next victim after he is finished with her. I?m not try to sugarcoat this or anything, so anyone who is reading this please be warned that he is another sociopath whom does not give a Rats A** if he hurts anyone
His current Cell # is (949) 599-6460 and his office is at 30220 Rancho Viejo Rd. Suite F, San Juan Capistrano, Ca.

I THINK THIS PROGRAM GIVES YOU 2 OPTIONS:
ONE YOU DO EVERYTHING YOUR SELF,THE CLASS IS FREE OF CHARGE,THE  LIST OF SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE IS FREE OF CHARGE , AND THEY ALSO EXPLAIN VERY CLEARLY THAT YOU FIND THIS INFORMATION ANYWHERE, BUT THE TIME IT TAKES TO GO ONE BY ONE TO EVERY SINGLE ONE IN ORDER TO SELECT THE ONES THAT YOU   QUALIFIED  FOR IT IS WHAT THEY SAVE YOU THE TIME. IT TAKES LONG TIME TO DO THAT. IF YOU DON'T TRUST THEM, JUST DO IT YOUR SELF.
I DID TRUSTED THEM THANKS TO THAT MY SON GOT FULL RIGHTS SCHOLARSHIP

Just in case you want to find Chelini, try (949) 259-3263 (cell), or (949) 276-7643.  He's hiding behind a girlfriend who is an attorney being investigated by the Bar.  I'll send his address within a couple of days.

Go get him.

Its obvious you are not an investigator. investigators are more commonly professional when spoke. Who ever this is, you are ghetto and are not understanding our point of view.

I am a private investigator, we received a post card, I read 50 postings, here in this website, 25% were from people that have gone to the seminar applied and got a Scholarship, 70% Assumed that it was a scam and did not even go to the seminar, 5% said that they did go paid and did not get a Scholarship, Now, with does percentages any smart person that sees 25% of the postings apperantly did get a Scholarship, and 5% did not, I think the smartest thing to do is to go to the seminar since is free and we did, it turns out that this company does all the legwork for you, and that is why they charge you $249.00, they actually gave us a free directory of all the companies that give out scholarships with their addresses and phone numbers, si I though that was nice, now I desided to do all the legwork ourselves, my son and I, so far we have sent, 42 letters, spent about 8 hours, and about  $30.00 so far we have not been able to get a Scholarship, and I am dealing directly with the companies, we have 158 companies to go........ So we kept on trying, 5 months past, we finally got 4 different scholarships out of 200 that we applied for, spent about 38 hours in this past 7 months, and spent about $170.00 in stamps, envelopes, resending more information etc.
My point is that nothing is eazy in this life, specially if you are asking for free money, and is not gusrateed that the companies will give you a scholarship, there is probably hundreds of thousand of people that are applying for scholrships maybe even millions, so my answer is, I thank this Scholarship program for giving us the free directory, if I had to do it again, I probably would preffer to pay them the $249.00 so they can do the work, because believe me it was a lot of work and time consuming, at 38 hours at $10.00 per hour just that alone is almost $400.00 plus $170.00 in stamps and envelopes, gas driving to post office etc. Is better for this Scholarship companies to do the work. I notice that many people received post cards, in different states, that means that there probably were thousands of student that did go to the free seminar like us, and hundreds that did not, out of the thousands not every single one is going to get a scholarship, I'm sure you know this! But oviously the ignorant people that post here thought that everyone gets a scholarship, and the other people did not even go to the free seminar, and posted what speculations they have, I wish people would post only things that they know for a fact like us. So this Scholarship companies are most legit, but to know for sure go to the free seminar, and see what they offer and what they are charging you for, the one I when to, she dud say that is a good chanse that you will get a scholarship if you apply to hundreds of companies, like we did, the thing is that it will end up costing you about $400.00 if you do if your self and a lot of time consumming, so keep applying for scholarships, don't give up, we almost did, but we kept trying until we got 4, 1 for $1,000. 2 for $2,500. And 1 for $5,000. We are happy, we tried contacting American Scholarships to thank them, and to hire them by paying them $249.00 so they can do the legwork for the other of hundreds of companies that are left to go, but they are out of business, thank to people like you, that post with speculations only, if you did not go to the seminar, and don't know, please don't post, because now you geoperdize all the students that could have gotten a scholarship opportunity but didn't because they read your postings. Remember the companies charge you to do the leg work for you, that they do, period, us up to the companies if the deside to give you a scholarship or to give it to someone else. Is like you want to buy a lottery ticket every time the lottery plays, 2 times a week, but you cannot go buy it in person, because of medical reasons, so you hire someone to go drive and buy it for you and bring it to you everytime it plays, they charge you for doing this, you pay them, everytime, week after week, after a few months if you don't win the lottery, you cannot say that the person that is charging you to go buy the lottery ticket is a scam artist because you did not win the lottery, right? So why would you say that about the company that is charging you to do the leg work for you, applying for a scholarship is like the lottery, the only differance is that your chances of getting scholarship  money from the companies is much grater than winning the lottery.
If any body can find a number for American Scholarship post it here so I can thank them and hire them do the leg work for us, in applying for the scholarships.
Ps: Also the reason why they had on F on the business bureau is because of the people the probably complained because they have not gotten a Schokarship YET! Keep trying, believe me we are living proof, we almost gave up, and if we did, we probably would have posted that I never got a Scholarship and that I'm glad I did not spend $249.00 for their services.

Seems these folks are spreading out to Massachusetts as well.  Will have daughter alert her friends and guidance staff.  Will also inquire with the AG's office...if they are putting on seminars in this state and taking money in this state, I think they're free game for local law enforcement.  And it's an election year!  Here's hoping these scammers get what's coming.

I received this a couple weeks ago and my mom called and comfirmed to attend the orientation. They sent another postcard telling me where it was going to be held and today a man from California called confirming if I was going to attend and my mother said yes and the man said that this is very important and that many other students are waiting for this opportunity. Well when I got home to search for the directions for the orientation which is going to be held in Fall River, MA because they don't have one where I live which is Providence, RI. I lost the card and I tried searching for it on google and I found this and told my mom and she won't believe that it is a scam but my father thinks it was pretty weird that they don't give any type of information of what is going to be said there. Well I ended up convincing my mom and she seems pretty mad because she thinks I'm wrong. I wish people didn't waste my time with dumb scams. Thanks for all this great information.

Well, I don't know whether it's true or not. But if I have to PAY for a BOOK of scholarships, I'd rather go to my guidance counselor or search through the internet. I'm pretty disappointed about this, too. I'm from RI and I got it today. But I'm glad I found this too. If you want scholarships, just go to scholarship.com , there's plenty! Now I have a scholarship and will most likely get this other one I applied for. Good luck to people trying for scholarships!

I got a postcard, did not call.  Address now 41539 Kalmia St., Suite 101, Murrieta, CA 92562.  Per google, looks like a mail drop called the Murieta Mailroom.  Murrieta is the next town north of Temecula on I-15 in Riverside County.  What business does not even have a website? I knew it was a scam, just googled the number 800-479-0728 to be sure! Stay away!
