Have received call from this number every morning for last two weeks.  I called the number and got Time-Life boiler room.  They deny making the call.

This is TimeLife sales center trying to hock more of their stuff...mostly their music collections.  I did purchase a cd set from them almost a year ago but before ordering or giving my info for ANY order over the phone I ALWAYS ask if my number will be sold, shared or used for telemarketing because I don't want that and the lady assured me several times they would ONLY use my number for a problem with my order.  I am STILL receiving calls from them and got one this morning early on my saturday that woke me up!  I told them to take me off the list (for the third time) and the guy said he would.  Then they called back a little while later! I called the number back directly after not answering it hoping to get an option to be removed in case the operators I spoke with weren't actually removing me from the list. No luck there, but I did politely ask for and got a supervisor on the phone right away who proceeded to tell me that in their system I was already removed from the list so I must be mistaken and it wasn't them. Well then I got not so nice with her letting her know that I had Caller ID and was directly calling back the number they just called me from...she then tried to say that when you do business with a company they are legally allowed to call you and so are their affiliates and partners for up to a year after the business transaction to which I replied "not if you told me specifically at the time of that business transaction that you do not share, sell, or telemarket with my phone number which unequivocally proves they are blatant liars and not the respected company I thought they once were." This shut up her attitude real quick and she said she would look into the matter further and i let her know that if I continued getting calls I would report them as well as spread the word to all my friends and family members never to do business with them again as well as possibly break this interesting story to the news...she seemed genuinely worried all of a sudden at the threat of bad press for such a well known company so hopefully no more sales calls from them!  Besides they call EARLY on WEEKENDS--are they kidding me.  Do they think waking people up on their days off is going to help them make a sale!?!?!

Heard ring tone on pick up, then male voice saying "hello?"

I answered and there was no one on the other end, as I was hanging up I heard some noise and voices.
