I have being charged to my credit card $24.95 since December. I do not who is this company nor have an account with this people. I reported the ripoff to my credit card and they gonig to reimburse the charges and block this company off my credit card.

They are claiming to be Budget Savers. They charged my credit card $29.95 monthly for the past 3 months. I am filing a fraud report with my credit card company.

I just found this number, (800-475-1942) on our bank statement, including a $24.95 charge on my wife's debit card. I called the number and a technician named "Andy" informed me that their company uses the name of "Membership Services". However, upon researching their name on the Internet I found that they are based in Hopkins, MN (a Minneapolis suburb), and that the SCUM artists are a part of "Provell Inc." 11100 Wayzata Blvd Ste 680 - Minneapolis, MN, 55402 (952) 258-2000 http://www.provell.com. When I told "Andy" that my wife had NEVER agreed to "try" their services in the first place, he asked me for her "confirmation number" that she was given when she "canceled" her "membership", and when I pointed out that she would NOT have been given a "confirmation number" because she NEVER AGREED to START the "trial", he suggested I speak to his supervisor, "Stacey". When she introduced herself I explained the same thing that I had stated to "Andy", and informed her that what they were doing consisted of "fraud of the elderly", and as such, I would be filing formal complaints against them with the Arkansas State Attorney General's Office, and also the Minnesota State Attorney General's Office. I did not bother to inform them that the reason I know for a fact that my wife did NOT "try" the program in question is because my wife has NEVER used our computer, (she refuses to even learn how to turn it on and off), and their "Homeplay" program is a paid program for downloading computer games!!!
My wife was first contacted by these jackals after buying the "Shark Pro Navigator" vacuum cleaner, and when she was told that she had a special 30 - day free trial period of their program "Homeplay", she informed them that she was NOT interested at all. This took place in July of 2013. Their first "withdrawal" occurred on October 17, 2013 even though they had been informed in July that my wife did NOT want their "services"!!!

The ticket company passed them your card information.
They can now "sign you up" and start making charges whether you "agree" or not, and past complaints suggest they may do just that.
Contact your bank immediately to block your card number.

I bought something on the phone and they threw in this "Members Services" for $1 and I had 30 days and after that I could cancel it well it came in after the 30 days and I was going to be charged 29.95 a month starting before I even got the package. When I got the package I did not hesitate to call and cancel it. Now lets see if they did!!!!

I just got a call from that number saying something about gas vouchers anf charging me $1 then in 14 days cancel they would charg$29.95. Budget savers or something I told them not to charge anything to me and how did they get my card information I bought concert tickets a few weeks ago

I never received a call from this company concerning on charging my bank card for the past two months. I don't know what your company is or what they offer. I will be contacting your office on refunding my debit card back for the charges in the amount of $ 24.95. These are non authorization charges on your end, I never nor did I authorize any charges to be charged to my debit card. Your company charged my debit card back in July twice and once in August & September and all charges were the amount of $24.95 each.

. . . and by the way, I pulled up the bank statement from 8/28/12 when they say I enrolled in this savings club and there is no record of me ordering anything ten days before or ten days after this date. If your charge was made by SEM* VALUE PLUS, call 800-475-1942 and request that they cancel your membership - then go to your bank and file a dispute. I am on my way to my bank now! I noticed a charge on my bank statement this morning and did some research. First of all, Delaware business record details show this company's foreign registration (Delaware) status is "inactive." They operate out of Minnestoa. A class action lawsuit was filed in July 2011 captioned "Evalour Dioquino vs. Sempris LLC." This company just changes it's name and continues it's scam. Cancel your credit card and request a new number and remember to review your bank statements often.

We bought software from "MyCommerce". That is when $24.95 was debited from our account. I saw the charge for three months when I was closing the books in April. Bingo. I called 800 669-6975 and the charges for the month of My were dropped immediately. I talked with Amanda and she told me that this was a club for grocery coupons. We never joined this club or membership ever. When I asked for a refund for the three months they were scamming me they said the would send me a form. Alas a form to request a form was sent. I am reporting them to their Attorney General in MN. I will not stop until I get a refund and find out if Membership Services AKA Provell AKA Value Plus is a total scam and I will promise that I will not back down from them.

This company managed to scam my grandfather. Then when he called to dispute the charges, they are counter disputing. They claim he knew what he was doing and that they were allowed.
My grandfather is a technophobe, he doesn't even like answering the phone, he doesn't know how to turn on a computer. Someone had to coach him through the phone call.
These people are scam artists.

Just balanced my checking account and found a charge for $24.95 that i did not recognize. I called the bank and said it was for "value home savings" phone number 800 475 1942. I called that # on a saturday and was given a web site to visit,,,,,,,,www.programs..com. Naturally with 2 dots before com there was no site. I have no idea how they got my debit card number but i have called my back and cancelled that card,disputed the charge.

think i just got hit buy the Value Plus they called me on this number 866-895-5650 the guy speaking to me he was speakin so fast i kept sayin no i wasn tinterested but he kept going i was just about to hang up when he started reading out my info to me and he knew everything my address AND my debit card info. They said they will charge me 1 dollar for a 40$ target card and i can cancel anytime i still said no im not interested but he just kept going on and on and i already knew i was gonna get scammed so i found this site. Im gonna call my bank first thing in the morning i dont think there is ANYTHING u can do about it they are gonna take money from you either u said yes or no. They threw out like 7 diffrent numbers for me to call to cancel i was like hey man can you just cancel it now i dont even want the 40$ target card and he just said well its already sent out if you wanna cancel you gotta wait for it to come then call us again im not gona wait till then the best thing to do is cancel your card or change the account number . the number they gave to cancel was 800-475-1942

My saga began after ordering the green coffee bean as seen on Dr. Oz. Got a call from another company making reference to the coffee bean order so assumed they sold my info. The call I got was from Value Access and was only to be for $1.00. Within a week I canceled on line but noticed other fees for $1.00 kept showing up on my CC though I only authorized one fee of $1.00....when will it stop?
