The text message sent to my cell:

It's a scam.

No call or e-mail but a MMS (media text) .

I called back and the number did not ring, rather it played some elevator music and then said... your account has been restricted..please enter your card number. I don't have any account with a credit union so I figured scam.

I had the same one as above.

I rececived the following text message on my cell:

"Credit Union National Association. Pleae call us immediately at 1-800-475-5873 regarding recent restriction placed on your account. Thank you."

I called the number from another phone and a recording asked me to key in my credit card number so I hung up.

I reported the message to the FTC and they took the info and recorded and told me to ignore that it's a scam.

no call but email also - look a different bank
