All calls now go to voicemail.

Emanuel took 850 of which 800, was to be refunded at sell off property.  This came through as a magazine subscription do I might be able to push full fraud on the following.
Chamera Bowman and her supposed Supervisor Monica took us for $1798 and when I called Florida AG they said they couldn't help because I wasn't a voter in Florida and the state I'm in they have said they will evaluate the claims and mediate
I complained to Monica that I wanted proof of client interest and actions.   They stated interest is a supposed phone call and nothing more.  They don't have to provide proof.  Three days later Chamera called with additional client interest and then said they needed 1540 more because the client refused to pay for title fees.  I declined at that time to pay but asked her to email all offers she agreed but those emails didn't show.  Now all phones go straight to voicemail.
I cancelled my credit card after reading the company will take withdrawals after complaints are filled.

It appears they use one land service which is Landflip.com along with other types of urls owned a Ryan Folk in madison ga .  When looking at his webpages vast majority of land being sold is represented by Coast to Coast land.
.  I'm providing all this detail to both AG offices and Veterans Affairs.

i TOO HAVE BEEN SCANNED BY PREMIER PROPRTY / Property Solutions. They have been telling me for over 5 yrs that my
property in Colorado would sell for over $116,000.00, and kept delaying a definate sell date. Their reasons were either the buyers fell out of  financing and their waiting for some other out of country buyer to come together and they ll let me know , which they never do . In June of 2012 , they said i was suppose to close and get paid, of course this never happend, but of course i kept calling every 2 weeks , just to let them  know i was still staying in touch . My so called rep was either Holly , Erica,
Tamara, or Monica, all telling me verbatim  the same s***. Now i just called them on tues (1-7-14), and their phone lines been
disconnected again for the second time in 5yrs when they were just known as Premier Properties. THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF F****NG LIARS

I was basically scammed twice.  August 2012 by Cody Hanick stating the usual pitch that there were buyers interested in my Colorado property.  I paid $700 and was to receive $650 when the property was sold.
In Dec 2012, Chamera Bowman called and there was an offer of $12900 for my property which I accepted.  She needed some money to arrange closing costs, title search, broker fees and asked for $1598 which I paid.  The estimated closing was Feb 2013. Of course I questioned this second request for money and she assured me this was firm offer.
She did not return phone calls and finally in August 2013, a lady at FSBO office checked my file and said the offer in Dec 2012 was not $12,900 as the offer for the property was below my  acceptable level and the $1598 was spent on international marketing of my property.
I asked for my $1598 back but never have received it.
I contacted the FBI in Tampa and the office said the amount of money was not great enough for them to get involved.
I contacted the Attorney General's office in Florida as I was channeled to Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the last letter from that office stated it is an office to assist one with consumer related issues and could not help me.  It told me to get a lawyer or file action in a small claim court in Florida.  I re-contacted the Depart. of Ag and implored them to read all of these replies on this site and refer this case to the criminal division of the Attorney General's office of Florida.
We need a good class action attorney in Florida to take this case on but unfortunately I don't live there.  If the State of Florida ever becomes  interested in shutting down these property scams,  that would be a blessing.

I, too, took the bait and paid up front $895 and that it would be returned less $50 when the lot was sold.  I have complained to the BBB and also sent a letter and my papers to the Attorney General of Florida.  This is really a scam and it should be shut down.  Communication is almost nil and everyone is gone or in a meeting!!  It is getting very hard to trust people anymore.

Alan Lovelace
To Sharon Lovelace

I received a random call from Property Solutions Int., today saying they had a confirmed offer for a piece of property we own in Hot Springs Village, AK.  I did not find this site until after I completed my call with them, Thanks to all who have posted on this site.  My suspicions are confirmed.  It is a scam.

Well, I spent about 40 minutes on the phone with "Mary Devoe" getting the particulars on "the process".  I did not get a real solid feeling that she was really telling me the whole truth...  Wanted to see how far this would actually go, so when it came time for her to ask for our credit card - I balked.  I said I would only provide a credit card number on the recorded verification line, then she balked - she said "that is not the way we normally do this, getting the card verified is part of my job."  I said I would not provide her with a card until I was absolutely sure I knew exactly what our contract would say.  She relented and passed me to verification (after putting me on hold and calling someone) to a gal named Heather.

When the recording was started they asked the usual stuff: name, address, phone numbers and junk like that.  Then when it got to the part of me trying to make sure exactly what our contract would say that is when it got interesting...  They would not say on the contract they have a buyer who is offering 42K for the property now.  What they said is that "they have multiple investors who they need to negotiate with."  I explained that is not what Mary had told me and they basically terminated the recording verification.  Heather then said she would get with Mary and have her call me back.  I don't think that will happen...

If it sounds to good to be true then...

Licensing

On September 27, 2012, BBB requested that FSBO Property Solutions provide BBB information detailing the company's real estate licensing for the markets it services.

According to complaints and reports made to BBB, the business has represented to potential customers that it has a buyer interested in purchasing their property, and requests payment of a fee needed to close the real estate transaction.

In the State of Florida, such activities require real estate licensing, which the business does not have.

The business did not substantiate to BBB its licensing.

I, too, just received a call today offering to help sell my property in Arizona.  "Mary" at extension 427 said that they had investors in the area and "bidders" for properties such as mine offering double the market price.  Why? I asked.  She said that it was because they wanted guaranteed sales and they are looking for blocks of properties in the same area and buying up groups to develop, blah, blah, blah.  The more questions I asked, the more irritated it seemed to make her.  She asked for a portfolio fee (which meant 'good faith' money, she said) of $750.00, discounted from $1250 and guaranteed that $700 would be returned to me when the property sold, which would usually take 60-90 days but up to 6 months.  I asked her if the property didn't sell in 6 months what would happen to the $700.  She said that they would automatically renew the contract for the next 6 months, but that in the 8 years she worked there it has only happened a few times. When I insisted on her answering the question, what happens to that money if it doesn't sell, she talked around the subject and said I would only lose that money if I backed out of the deal and decided not to sell through them.  Then the money would be used to cover their expenses, I'm guessing she meant advertising expenses.  I'm glad I found this website, I felt like it was sketchy from the beginning but when asked for the 'portfolio' fee I knew it sounded like a scam.

He will also tell you that the $1.5K is called a "portfolio fee" and that it will cover legal fees. If you do pay it, they will change and say that it only covered "advertising." Victims should seriously consider class action lawsuit.

I have been contacted by Property Solutions several times. Today I received a phone call from Gale Jones (sales mgr.) and he offered me $83K for my two lots in Florida. Right now, I don't think they are worth more than $4K for the pair of them. He also wanted me to put $1.5 on my credit card, which I refused.
To everyone out there, beware of the phone number: 800.477.4248. There is no question in my mind that Property Solutions is nothing but a SCAM!!!!!!................BE CAREFULL AND WISE.

Then how do you explain the calls from Tammy or from Mr. Gale Jones telling me that there was one if you don't tell people that there is a buyer? Furthermore, your "company" sent papers that we still have in which it states that FSBO Property Solutions connects seller to buyer. If that were true, when I asked Erica (the person who answered) to connect me to the buyer, she would have done so, instead of telling me that it was not possible to do so. Either the papers you sent speak the truth, case in which, you MUST connect us to the buyer, or they are another lie, as proven by Ms. Erica. Also, since you work for them, Mr. Robert, how do you explain that the fee we paid was for "advertisement" when I spoke to Shamara Bowman several months later after Mr. Jones told me it was for "title exchange, legal fees, paperwork, and selling price?" Another case where one is truth and the other is lie. Mr. Jones asked me to write it down. I did. Is Ms. Bowman unaware of what Mr. Jones requests when he dishes out his lies? Furthermore, I went to your page to look at the so-called advertisement, which requires a login. Are you seriously expecting anyone with a brain to believe that such advertisement is worth $1598? IF the newspaper tried to pull in such far-fetched shenanigans, then yes, rest assured that a suit would be put on it.

As for calling, why? Afraid to straighten out your lies here for everyone to see?

Exactly what my dad, 89 years old, got late last year. But, he thought they were some sort of realtor. Gave credit card number and are currently fighting, for the second time to not let them have the 598 they took. "Mary" has called him more than once telling they have "investors" lined up and need more money. I am contacting Florida Attorney General. Just a group of people targeting the elderly for money.

Well, my call was from "Mary DeVoe", another speed talker. Same scenario, I got a call back after an initial call to me. They had a buyer for my worthless lots in Horizon City, TX, willing to pay $40K. For a moment I thought about what I could do with the money, but after putting her through her paces, and letting her know that I was aware that the property is valued around $100, I hung up on her.
