I have received this call at least 5 times a day for the past week.  It says its for Mervyns but I have never owned or shopped at that store.  I think its a scam.  Everytime they call and I try to answer it hangs up on me.  I called them and they say they do not make outbound calls from that number!  What is going on??????????

JC Penny deals with GE Money for their credit cards.

No msg is left, received two calls today. I called back and it states it's GE Money.  I believe this is who walmart has their credit card through.
