We rec'd our BOGUS letter today! I have just submitted my complaint to the CA Attorney General's Office including the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) on the BOTH websites. These M.F.'S will NOT know what's coming their MF way real soon! It's amazing to me HOW many people FALL for these kind of SCAMS!!!! No wonder the real estate market is in such bad shape....

This should be a scam, the letter asking for $167.00 and a copy of the grant deed, due to property foreclosures and loan modifications in the country. I called 8004810136 , however the call was transferred to a man's voice mail box.
