Rec Vm from this # asking who I was and to call back .The original# called from was 267 233 0172 which when researched came from India. City of Godhra, state of Gujarat... where ever and whatever business /scam this is. ... I don't know anyone in India and refuse to call back as there are callback scams that charge you $$$ when you call back a # by the minute like $20 per minute. They are mostly sex line #'s that are untraceable according to 20/20.... don't call back. Report to phone company I guess. Anyone have any other ideas who to report this to???? Betten business bureau maybe???

I got this call on my celphone for a person I don't know is it a phishing scam?

Shop NBC (under this and many other numbers) harassing me about an item my fiance had sent to my house for me.  It was defective and returned.  We have proof of UPS pick up and have sent a copy twice and UPS says they delivered it back to them.  Shop NBC claims they never got the item, refuses to call UPS and insists that they have to have the *original* proof of delivery or they can't do anything.  They don't need the original, it's just a lie to try and get the proof away from him. They shouldn't even be calling me as I'm not at the billing address.

I don't understand- if you were a responsible individual, you would know, yourself if you were behind on a scheduled payment.  Why does SHOPNBC have to call you and tell you that?

How is submitting payment, if not online, via snailmail with your CC info in it SAFER than giving it over the phone?

Some people are just plain retarded and want others to blame for their problems.. just take responsibility, save yourself some grief and pay the damn thing. Jesus.

I got a call from this number and several other numbers over last few days - claiming they are from ShopNBC. The name they mentioned always was not very clear - seemed like someone else was saying it other than the original caller. Why the !@#$ are they calling?

I get many calls from shopnbc and they do not leave a message.  Have answered the calls and it is shopnbc doing the constant HARRASSING from many many different telephone numbers. Evidently when  my credit card co sent me a new card because they said it had been compromised, i got behind with my payments.  Shopnbc waited two months to call me and advise me of this.  After their first call upon notification, i went online and updated my account with new cc info thinking this would take care of this.  They still kept calling and said they needed my cc info over the phone, that they cld not get the cc info online sice it was past due.  This makes no sense to me.  At that point, i went back online and removed my cc info.  Shopnbc is probably the reason my cc info was compromised in the first place.  After the way they harassed me, I did not want to give them another credit card number and asked that they send me a bill for what I owed and I would gladly pay it.  They said they had to have a credit card number given to them over the telephone and called and called and called. Shopnbc has called using many many numbers.  This company should be investigated by our atty general.   I DO NOT GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO OVER THE PHONE!!!! I HAVE HAD TO TURN OFF THE RINGERS TO ALL MY PHONES BECAUSE OF THEM.  SHOPNBC use common sense and just send a bill and end this all.  I only used value pay with shopnbc because it was very rare that I didnt return what I ordered and they don't credit your card back unless you call their incompetent customer service 5-10 times.

Is the name Melissa Powell?  I've been receiving calls and have saved over 10 numbers that i have labeled as ignore now. They have continued calling me for over half a year, ever since i got my phone.

I keep receiving the phone calls only they say its a collection agency

This number called me claiming they are from ShopNBC, this number isn't ShopNBC's number.  They told me they were having a billing problem with an order for someone I don't know.  I called them and I asked them to remove me from the list, they agreed on one term, they wanted my street name.  I told them I wasn't gonna do that and hung up on them, only to receive a call the next day from them.

They called asking for a coworker that used to have my number - I called back to see who would pick up and they said Shop NBC.  This woman gets calls from collection agencies all the time so I imagine ShopNBC is calling to collect money as well.

I have gotten Called and messages left for a tamal mack. i have gotten more intense voice messages for her  to return calls on her recent orders with shop nbc. the last few calls have said its urgent and i only have two hours to comply. this started back in april and at first i called the numbers back and talked to several different people. asked them to remove my number from their call list and for a while the calls stopped. now they have started again. and i get 2 or 3 per day. i have saved four messages on my phone. i also told them if it continued i was going to report it to the authorities. based on what i see here. i think its time maybe the authorities look into this.

I had the same message from ShopNBC. The name the person left was not mine.

This was Shop NBC  they obtained an old phone number from an address that I lived at 14 years ago and harassed my ex-husband. How they got that number I do not know as I never supplied it to them.  Bad customer service I will not order from them again

Left a message with a recorded voice saying it was for someone I never heard of. Said they were from ShopNBC, which whom I've never done business.

Do Not call this number. I am goning to be reporting you to the athorities.

Received a robo call from 800-676-5523, allegedly, Shop NBC, telling me
they were calling about my recent order, and that it was extremely
important that I get in touch with them as soon as possible...  Problem
is I have no order outstanding with them or any other online, or in store
transaction...  I also NEVER, have called in an order on the phone nor
online, I don't trust the Internet or non-wired telephones... Beware, it
stinks of phishing or something worse...

Call stated they had something of mine in their office.  I had a late payment scheduled to be payed and they still called all weekend and Monday, the day it was paid.  This was ShopNBC and it is not good customer service to not identify who you are and why you are calling in the message left.

shop nbc is the worst at customer service even after i payed my bill in full with them they have an automatic dialer system that will continue to leave messages for 24 hrs, never again will i order with this company, they are truely terrible

I received a "computer" call stating that I need to call immediately, today, as they have something of mine in their office, and I should return their call right away to get this matter resolved.

The number that was on the caller id was a 952 area code

It turned out to be someone from ShopNBC their customer service department
