Did not get a call from this number but my credit card was billed for £24.50, what can I do to stop this happening again?

noticed a bill on my credit card and it said group EZT. Never heard of them. I know I didn't authorize any payment and I am now trying to cancel whatever this charge is by talking to my credit card company.

This is the worst scam that I have ever been subjected to.  It all started when I joined one porn paysite.  I never signed up for anything else, but kept getting these random charges for $38.88.  I have had to call these scam artists 4 times now to get charges reversed- each time they informed me that I would be removed, but the charges just keep coming.  These people are absolute pukes.  If it happens again, I will be disputing the charges and seeking legal action.  They informed me that if I asked for a refund that I would be on their scrub list and would not be able to join their sites, great you f*#^&$* pieces of crap, I will never join one of your sites again.  This number worked for me:

I had the same problem as the panel, refunded and kept being charged each month. The best advise is cancel your credit card and have a new one issued with new numbers, and also contact your state wide or country attorney general. P.S. they claim to be www.allnetworkpass.com & are supposetly located in tampa florida thats all the info i have never give them your full line of credit card numbers only the last four.

more on this SCAM . your email becomes key to ongoin charges. Your inbox becomes congested with dozens of spam  each day (very annoying). Cancellation of my email account is next . The volume of Spam makes it easy to miss one of the ongoing unsolicited "Memberships" that you are subscribed to .  Applying a SPAM filter can also make you miss a charge more easily .  By the time you get a refund another "membership" amount has been charged to your credit card and so the cycle continues . CUT YOU LOSSES . Withdraw their scammers supply to your hard earned $. Unethical  like this could one day sell you details to someone who may very well skim off more that $39.95

Your credit card details are passed around . i joined one site then another porn site billed me as well . i cancelled both subscriptions and got my refunds within 10 days . Then this ezt group charge with no where to go and complain . Im canceling my credit card and getting a new one . These people are just fuct . the porn website helpline is not help at all . i live in australia so if anyone can give me the name of an organization to report all the scoundrals who promote their websites as secure . id really apprecite it

Never recieved a call to my knowledge. Wasn't till I was billed then started looking into who the hell it was and came to this site that I had even heard of these people. With continuing to search for something that would allow me to talk to them i found the following working (at the time of this post) 1-866-923-0951. From there they cancelled my membership, to which I don't care cause... And have said they would issue refund but that will take 7-10 buisiness days to appear. We will see and I'll post back on that. I did find it slightly ammusing that they warned me that a refund would cause me to be but on some list that would basically black-ball me from joining their site in the future...

this number authorized a automatic debit from my credit card for the amount of $35.66. I have no idea who this company is. The company name is EZT group. The 800 number given does not go through.
